Worst Guitar App of All
For $20 a month there are exponentially better options with real resources and lessons. This app is all marketing with no serious material or effort.
Horrible Customer Service
This app has numerous connectivity issues, but the last straw for me was when they charged me for my monthly subscription and cancelled my membership anyway. I have the receipt from Apple proving my purchase of subscription this month, and I’m locked out of the app. I’ve tried for over a week to contact them and they haven’t gotten back to me. This is how they treat you after they take your money. I can’t say enough bad things about Ubisoft.

Disappointed…
Honestly was going to pass on the review but wanted people to know, just save your money. Been playing rocksmith for years starting with 2014 and since the implementation of payments I’ve been extremely disappointed. Notes I’m clearly hearing saying it’s not registering causing the app to pause. ( ruining any type of rhythm and flow) The cost is crazy considering 2014 had better songs and I’d say a better learning platform. They have stripped the game down and have you have to pay more for a less enjoyable experience. Not to mention they have not made any updates to fix issues or found ways to make the payment actually worth it. I WAS a fan of rocksmith until this one came out and I’m sad it’s so bad now. Better off buying a late copy of the 2014 version on an older system at this point and I guarantee you will enjoy that more than this rocksmith +. Save your money, save your money and save your money. I payed for the year and honestly just want a refund. Disappointed customer.
