App won’t let me log in!
Trying to log in, app says I need a code. It sends me the code, I input it, but then it gives me an error that the data doesn’t exist?!

My wallet won’t update and it’s been over 5 hours I did everything I was told to but now the price has dropped and what the hell I can’t make my purchase anymore bc I’m losing money and my wallet says purchase completed but my amount is 0 I’m infuriated no help no response it’s insane

If I could give this app “0” stars trust me I would. But unfortunately the lowest I could choose was “1” but just so we’re clear I’m mad I had to give it one star. This app is horrible, fees are insanely high. Higher than any other platform. Only a select few coins are available and not even the major coins either. Super sus length of time to send crypto. Can’t choose specific network when sending. They make it impossible to send your money to another wallet. To be honest I’m on here because one of my apps I use to do tasks to get free crypto had me do this as a task and I wish I never even attempted. The creator of this app needs to be banned from making any apps after this garbage. That being said, I seen a couple positive reviews before I started this. There isn’t any way anyone downloaded this app and said “wow, this is such a great app” whoever wrote the reviews was either the creator himself or relative. Seriously, you’ve been warned. Thieves
After buying and trading for over a year, which includes their ridiculous fees. They decided to close my account without reason and steal the money that was in the acct. Wasn’t a lot of money thankfully. But it was still my money. Crypto is scummy enough as it is. Then you get losers that run companies like this to reassure you, crypto is and always will be a scummy business.

SCAM STAY AWAY-I can’t get my funds off their platform
ACH has never worked, even after validating my ID and bank info. I’ve tried a couple of banks now in case it’s the destination that’s the problem, but it’s got to be RockWallet at this point. They charge higher fees to buy (using a debit card) if you can’t use ACH, can’t transfer your own crypto off their platform without buying MORE crypto to fund the transaction (even though they don’t warn you about this when you’re buying it), and the way to get around this (sell directly and receive an ACH deposit) doesn’t work. I’ve been on their platform since March, was deeply unimpressed with their glacial pace at getting ACH operational for purchases, and decided to leave in July, but can’t get my money out because of the same ACH problem that made me want to get out in the first place. They are a scam, stay away!

I was given a small financial incentive to give this wallet, a try, and it’s a good thing too. It turns out that they require you to send in more money just to get money out.
I set up the account and transferred in some USDT. After having it open for a while I decided to that it’s just not suitable for me. That’s not so bad, right?
I try to get the USDT out and I can’t. I have to send in more funds just to get it out. If I close the account I lose the funds completely.
This can’t be legal. If somehow it is legal, it certainly is not ethical.
This is a cesspool of rats out to steal your money.

Curious; When it comes to trading! Rockwallet is the best
This app is such a great cryptocurrency app that is very easy to use and convenient to keep digital assets. It takes patience and a lot more calculations or predictions to be able to achieve all I've gotten through crypto but strategizing when to buy, hold and sell my crypto put me on the edge. If you're not consistent with daily tracking of crypto price fluctuations, you might find it difficult to gain excessively but I came across a trustworthy crypto and IT expert Simon through a very close friend who got their services from her in recovering her lost bitcoins and learned that they can recover compromised or lost crypto wallet. I would recommend the services of Cryptoshades At yahoo to help you invest or recover your stolen or lost coins successfully as quick as possible.

Terrible App - First ever review
Excessive fees, terrible UI and don’t forget the scam fees again. Everything about this app is scummy. I only downloaded it for a reward and ended up losing money on it. Terrible terrible terrible
Lies and Excessive Fees
It’s basically a B S exchange parading as a soft wallet. Why would you need to pass KYC to use a real self custodial wallet anyways? The answer is this one is full of lies.
I test deposited about $12 in BTC which cost me <$0.50 in network fees (average at the time is ~$1.5) To withdrawal it back out I needed to pay $6 in “network fees” just to get $6 back. In fact it adds 1:1 or more ratio in network fees for any amount you select. Do not trade or deposit here you will lose tons of money. There are so many good options with self custodial apps that have 3rd party services for buying/swapping with no KYC necessary.
I’m not usually like this when it comes to crypto but the SEC needs to sue and shutdown this scam operation. Shame on Apple for its sandbox App Store that does nothing about this and other bad apps.
