No way to purchase!

I went through all the hoops to get verified and add all my information, but there’s no way to add a credit card or bank account to actually make a purchase. Seems like a glitch because it looks like others have been able to.

Don’t listen too the negative reviews

This app is awesome and easy. As a US citizen it’s hard to obtain BSV until using this. On my first day I was able to $300 worth with my Chase debit card. There I sent a bunch of BTC to the wallet on my first day and swap to a variety of coins and got it all done in less than an hour. The only issue I had is I was using a tiny iPhone, and the swap slider button was hidden off the bottom of the screen. So I just switched to my large android phone to complete the transaction but I hope that’s a bug they fixed on this next version.

Lowest fees

I’ve used a lot of apps to buy crypto with my card and I must say the strength of Rockwallet is ease of purchase, my cards actually work and the fees are not high like some other apps. Rockwallet can use a few more features but I’m sure that is coming.

App allowed me to purchase 2024 with proper verification. Then msg popped saying move ti new app. Old app is not available after 9/39. Then all of a sudden my state is not allowed to do crypto transaction??

We can understand how confusing this would be, especially after successfully purchasing crypto in the original app. RockWallet 1.0 and RockWallet 2.0 have different availability requirements, so a state supported in one app may not currently be eligible in the other. Untrustworthy

Really shady business practices - on their website it says they’re in every state but they don’t alert you that they have a bunch of regulations in place before you enter money in. You can add money to ur rock wallet in mass for example but you can’t do anything with it - no swap trade send etc. it’s locked. Avoid at all costs
