Also try your iPad. I struggled in vain for days on my iPhone to no avail. But FIRST time on the iPad it works🤷
No Relay Connected issue
It’s worked over a year now on my IPhone 7 Plus. My phone software is up to date and a month ago after I connect my phone and try and use the app I just get a “No relay connected” message. It’s frustrating. No point in trying to connect it anymore.

Had problems with mine working, sent a new panel with the firmware update it’s working perfect it is such a great system When working. makes it so nice sliding your slide outs, turning on your lights on, rolling out your awning, while you’re standing outside watching. no chance for damage, no screaming and yelling, standing outside with your iPhone makes it so easy with no chance of damage to your RV Buy those hidden land mines tree limbs barbecues I really appreciate this system thank you Patrick industries thank you forest river, now it’s working I’m so thankful the systems and I realize how nice the system actually is.
