Also try your iPad. I struggled in vain for days on my iPhone to no avail. But FIRST time on the iPad it works🤷
No Relay Connected issue
It’s worked over a year now on my IPhone 7 Plus. My phone software is up to date and a month ago after I connect my phone and try and use the app I just get a “No relay connected” message. It’s frustrating. No point in trying to connect it anymore.

Had problems with mine working, sent a new panel with the firmware update it’s working perfect it is such a great system When working. makes it so nice sliding your slide outs, turning on your lights on, rolling out your awning, while you’re standing outside watching. no chance for damage, no screaming and yelling, standing outside with your iPhone makes it so easy with no chance of damage to your RV Buy those hidden land mines tree limbs barbecues I really appreciate this system thank you Patrick industries thank you forest river, now it’s working I’m so thankful the systems and I realize how nice the system actually is.

Big company and Big Promises. Corporate that don’t care about consumers. They know their technologies are under preforming but why care the consumers bought the product. Destroying customer trust is their business model.

WHAT? no relay connection!
I’d give it no stars if it would let me. Husband and I downloaded the app on our iPhones thinking wow this is cool. Not so cool when it doesn’t work. You’d think by now they would have worked out all the bugs, hopefully one day they’ll get it fixed.
Unreliable app, slow company response
I’m having same problem as numerous others communicating in forums. Bluetooth connects fine, but then no functions work. I hold iPhone 7, with IOS 12.4.1, just inches from the IRV Control Panel to accept the caution message and connect to Bluetooth. Then, when I try any function, this message displays: No Relay Connected.
It used to work, now it doesn’t. I see Patrick Industries is cranking out new apps! How about working on the quality of existing apps and setting up an ongoing process of keeping up with updates on every app platform, like Apple’s IOS?

Looking back at reviews over a year old seems like nothing’s changed. App never connects. Pointless to have.

I connected my phone per directions. It connects but gives me an error message of “no relay connection”. Very annoying! I looked at the forest river discussion site and seems like I’m not the only one having this problem.

This app will not connect. Every time I try to connect it tries but comes back disconnected.
Awful
It worked for a few weeks then quit. Such a good idea and no one cares to fix the issue. Glad I spent my hard earned money on this. Hopefully they aren’t laughing too hard at us for thinking this would work right and be fixed someday.
Doesn't work
The app recognizes that there is a panel but will not connect. What's the point of using this as a selling feature if it doesn't work?

Worked great when I brought my Rockwood Windjammer home. About a week later, it would find the panel but would not connect.
Will not connect
Want this to work for my travel trailer so very bad but will not connect. Dissapointing!
Disappointing
Worked for a little while and now it won't connect. The app sees the panel, allows me to attempt to connect and then it just stops trying and says disconnected.
Doesn't work
Got a 2018 Rockwood 8311ws. App sees the irv68 and connects to it via Bluetooth but all I get is No Relay Connected when going to any option. Bummer! New camper and this doesn't work.
