Still one of my go to places but…not happy that they discontinued the whole wheat crust and the app won’t let me add a coupon! Grrr…

Items still missing
Garlic butter is available when ordering breadsticks ala carte, but in the ‘Meal Deals’ folder, it’s still missing. Also, it would be nice to have a ‘veteran/first responder’ discount code option (maybe verification thru GOVX or ID.me)?

Said I had enough reward points for an order of breadsticks and the app wouldn’t let me! Also, I placed a 65$ order and it wouldn’t take my lousy 3$ off coupon!

I do wish the app had a dine in option when ordering. I love getting the points and the free offers. Rockys pizza is the best!
Breadsticks
Ordered a family pack of breadsticks, came out a little over done, very hard, Not good! Wish i could add a picture to show you.
Best deep dish slices!
Rocky’s sausage is my favorite. I highly recommend.

They’ve added rewards to my account that I can’t use. I constantly get the error “The data couldn’t be read because it is missing”. I’m going to try to use it in store and see what they say.
Needs work
There is no place in the beginning to choose pickup or delivery. Then I ordered a value item and once I got done entering all my info (first time using app), go to check out, it says that item is not available for delivery. In the beginning of ordering it should ask if delivery or pickup. I know, a small inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. Just make a section of delivery only items and have pick up or delivery at the beginning of order not the very end.

Food is good. Trouble using the app.
Not ready at specified time
Showed up 3 minutes past my pickup time and was told I would have to wait 10-12 minutes for my slice to complete the four I ordered.
This is not acceptable as they knew what was needed for my order 45 minutes earlier.
The manager didn’t apologize or try to make it right.
All the other times I’ve done a mobile I’ve never had this bad of service.
