Es un dispositivo genial, llevo varios meses con el y estoy encantado.
Pero hay dos cosas muy importantes que deberían resolver y no creo que sea muy complicado. Que ALERTE al móvil cuando no hay alimento y, que se puedan añadir más de 10 dosis de comida al día. Tengo dos gatos y uno es muy glotón y se come lo de los dos cuencos, por eso, necesito ir dando dosificaciones varias para que el otro también encuentre comida .
Por lo demás es FANTÁSTICO! 5 estrellas, un
10!!

Can’t connect app and device
I can’t connect between app and device. I had used thí device for more than 1 year, and this device this app worked perfectly. But for 1 week ago, it hards to connect between app and device. I always lost my connect. The light of device is red, why? And i don’t see any upgrade of this app

There has been some sort of error when you’ve updated the app and I cannot feed my cats. Can you sort it???

Es wäre toll, wenn man die Geräte mit Alexa verbinden könnte, sobald ich Alexa den Befehl gebe, heißt es „Dieses Gerät reagiert gerade nicht“, wobei es verbunden ist. Wäre toll, wenn man das beheben könnte. Ansonsten super!

I love the feeder and app! They are both easy to use and help me effortlessly manage my pets meals. Please keep it that way! Current app design trends are focused on adding as many animation bells and whistles as possible. If you decide to redesign the app please give users the option to disable animations that make hard for people with disabilities to use.

The feeding machine is used for remote control but when it is far away, it loses connection, when the phone is near the device, it connects normally. when far away it has almost no effect
