Forget using this with iPhone 11
App barely loads. It is by far the worst app on my phone. Every other app functions reliably. I have to open and exit the app and re open for it to load for 12 months but not now it won’t load at all so I never know where my child is. Thanks Roll Call 🙄

How a developer can get such a simple app so wrong is beyond me. Both major functions are well worn paths for app developers. Location and authentication. Cannot recommend.
Can’t book bus route
Keeps going back to login and unable to book my child on the bus route. Asking to keep entering credentials each time you go to choose child. Extremely frustrating!!!

Very very glitchy - slow to respond - logs itself out frequently - doesn’t load often

Hopeless company and app
Continue to log out repeatedly, no longer usable. When it was, 20-30% of the time bus locations are frozen and not updated. Need to re launch app. One of the worst apps to be forced onto parents. There is a market for a competent competitor!!
Latest update killed app
The latest update has caused significant issues. 80% of the time the app won’t log in. When you do get in the map won’t update. The push notification for tapping in and off is the only consistent part of the app that’s working. Please bug fix this version ASAP. Last updated 30/01/26
Issues, same same but different
So an update last month I couldn’t log on the app kept crashing……. Today I can’t log in it just says “something went wrong, please try again”. I have uninstalled the app and then put it back on, this is not very user friendly. I have had to call the school and hope the message gets through to the bus driver that my child will not be getting on the bus today (the kid is unwell, not a lot of time to plan these things). While writing this the bus has shown up, the driver did not get the message and they said that the app is not working for them either. Not very impressed, for something that is supposedly going to make things easier, it sure is causing a whole lot of stress.

Usable 10% of the time
I’ve been using this app for years (not by choice; only option for our school). While the login process has always been a problem (eg it reloads the screen about 10-20 times before launching), the 2026 update has made it virtually unusable. Rarely will you be able to log in at all; it will reload the screen, or daisy-wheel until it times out etc. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. I’ve been in technology as CIO & with my own tech start up: this should not persist, and the UX should be much better (if you can manage to get logged in).

Would be good if it worked an didn’t crash all the time
Swear this app crashed more than I can use it.
Reading messages logs you out
After reading a message and closing it to read the next one, it just logs you out, doesn't mark the message as read either, 1st world problems yes, but it shouldn't work like that, please also add an option to select all messages and mark them as read

Great app but seldom works
The app is great and easy to use however most days does not work, it shows the bus in a stationary position on the map. This may be due to the drivers not logging in I’m not sure, perhaps the drivers could be repeatable notified if they aren’t logged in during the bus route hours? If it worked every day then I would give it 5 star.

Could be better
Unable to do recurring bookings. Don’t like having to enter card details every time I want to add credit. It is not possible to customise alerts.
Inconsistent and barely functional
Not sure by what magic this app has the rating it has. The UI is difficult and renders terribly, with items extending beyond the edges of my screen on an iPhone 14 pro. Autocompletion is a mess and often you have to tap items multiple times for them to respond in any way. It has just taken me many minutes to place a simple transaction that I could do in seconds via the web portal, which has been revoked. Please bring the portal back so I can ignore this app.
