Impossible to Close Account
The app says the only way to close an account is to request it and they’ll have a customer service rep reach out. I’ve requested they close my account multiple times: nobody has reached out or closed my account. Stuck.
The Settings Section Lacks Capabilities
I like the idea of this app and using it at venues has always been easy for me, but I’m shocked by the lack of abilities to make any changes to your account. I’ve gotten a new phone number and it won’t let me change the number associated with my account. You also can’t delete your account. I emailed the help address a month ago for help changing my phone number and I haven’t gotten a response. If you get a new phone number and forget to at least delete your credit card info from this app, I think you’re playing with fire. All someone needs to log on and verify access to your account is your old phone number.
Update: I never got any help changing my phone number and now I’m just trying to cancel my account.

Doom loop
Downloaded app, created account, logged in, selected allow location only while using app, app crashed.
Deleted and reinstalled app. Reopened and verified account, app went back to secondary account verification doom loop.
Deleted app, logged out of iCloud, power cycled, downloaded app, logged into app, selected location sharing preferences “only while using” app crashed and subsequent attempted to login or create account result in doom loop.

Great App!
I really like not having to wait in line to close a tab. It Also made it easy to order drinks and pay
Delayed
It’s shows you $56 dollars. Then promotes you “are you sure? When closing tab. Final charge 4 time the amount $250+.

Buggy app overcharges with no accountability
I’ve used this app twice and had terrible experiences both times. Recently I tried to enter a custom tip of $2, but instead it charged me $20 and closed out the tab before I could review the total.
Customer service never responded. When I disputed part of the charge with my CC, they put a ton of effort into making sure they kept my unintended tip.
Beware that if you have a problem with this app, you’ll have no recourse.

So easy to use!
Really easy & convenient. And the bartender at the 9:30 Club seemed to appreciate the app for their cashless system. So much faster than running a credit card every time you want a drink.

App kept crashing a lot which did not help the long lines. Super lame
Fees not clear
Decent app. Works well. Problem is there was a $3 fee added to the tab. Not sure if this was a fixed fee or a percentage. Don’t feel the fees were adequately disclosed (particularly by the venue) before we we’re encouraged to us the app. Would have just used a credit card if we’d known. Venue should eat the fee given the time saving for the staff.

Makes Running a Tab a Breeze
I’ve used the app at the Anthem in DC. It’s been accurate and makes running to the bar during a show super quick!
Customer Service
While using the app is easy and convenient, getting a response to a request to delete the app is impossible. I have been trying for one month to receive assistance with deleting the app/my information as I no longer need it as I was using for a venue in a city I was visiting. I’ve requested assistance through the app and social media platform for “assistance shortly” and it’s been crickets each time. Again the app is great when using at an event but trying to delete is impossible.

Very handy
I used this for the first time at a concert, it worked great and the bartenders seemed to like it, too. It was loud so not having to shout my name and just show the number on my phone was genius.
PREDATORY
Forced to download this just to get a drink at an event. Thought I would at least be able to delete my account right away. But the only way to do so is to submit a form through the app with your email and explaining why you want to delete. I have now done this several times over MONTHS to no avail. No response. Clearly they are mining my data or something by forcing me to download and keep this app with all my info in it. SHADY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!! INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY!
