Won’t open
I have heard a lot of great things about this app, but I can’t experience anything, because it won’t open on my phone. So…. 0 stars. Simply because all I get is a white screen.
Great but glitchy
I like how it’s set up but it’s infuriating that it will just be a white screen half of the time

FRAUDULENT
This app is filled with fraud and scammers. People giving you sad stories as to why they need a roommate so you feel bad and then taking your money. DO NOT use this app.
Not working
I try to log on and it acts like it’s working but then just stops and remains at entry screen or goes to white screen. Super frustrating when app doesn’t work!!
Roommaters deleted my entire account.
This app seemed really great. I did my profile set everything up just for it to tell me that there wasn’t enough people in the area I’m looking (Austin, Tx). It told me to give it a few days and people will reach out. 2 people did but I didn’t think i would vibe with them so I didn’t respond. Since I didn’t respond the app deleted my entire account.

Good app, but….
I like this app. You can read the person’s bio to get a good idea of who they are, their preferences, etc.
It’s a handy app, but it keeps sending me notifications saying, “it looks like you haven’t been active lately - let us know if you want to deactivate your account.” I always clicked on the notification, but now the notification says, “your account is about to be deleted soon.”

Address locator doesn’t work
I tried putting in the city where I was looking for an apartment and roommate, but I got a weird error message: “City size must be between 1 and 3”. I tried different formats (just the city, city+state, just the zip code), but nothing worked. I even put in “1” because of the error message, but it still didn’t work.

Does this app work??
I can’t even enter in the city I want to live in! Keeps having the error “cities size must be between 1 and 3” …. what does that mean??? 1 and 3 million????? HELP!

I'm very sorry to learn about your frustrating experience with our app. To be completely transparent, we are experiencing some bugs and technical issues with the app and it's not working as intended. Scammers!
I was excited to find this app. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of scammers in this app. They all ask for some form of payment before even getting to view the place in person. I had one lady even ask for a picture of my ID (front and back) and my social security number before she would even consider letting me view the place in person.

Not worth it
NEVER USE THIS APP, SOMEONE REACHED OUT TO ME ABOUT A ROOM, GAVE ME AN ADDRESS, TOOK THE TIME OUT OF MY DAY TO GO LOOK FOR THE PLACE JUST TO REALIZE THAT APT DOESNT EXIST…..there are scammers out there dont give no infomation to them neither should you give any money to. Beware!!!! Be cautious… people are using gake names to get info i was a target.

I’ve downloaded just about every roommate app, and this is the best one by far! Not glitchy like the others and a very unique matching system

Upon signing up, believe only a few people are willing to answer the numerous questions. Had issue with quality of “matches” as well?
Found no way to delete my info from app nor quit using it, so sent request to do so.

I will go ahead and delete your profile from the app.”
Thanks for saying, in essence; you’re “too old” for our ‘selective’ demographic, old man.
Found the response ageist & insulting. May be true, but calling anyone too old, too dark (or any another protected demographic) is blatantly insulting & inflammatory.
SO if anyone is 36 or older, according to our email exchange; maybe this isn’t the right application for you. Feeling insulted:(

It can be hard to take a leap into a new city... especially with no friends or family that get you... to know that a team of people care that much to create an app to help you find a compatible Roomate or jump to a city or apartment search with friends or apartment shop with your new friend or current friends is dope. Keep going.

Great and easy app to use!
this app is perfect if you’re new to an area and don’t really know anyone. it helps you find a roommate you’re compatible with and you can chat on the app and get to know the person before meeting them which makes me feel a lot more comfortable. It also shows you a list of popular local listings!
Waste of time
I went through the long and thorough setup process only to be told afterwards that there are no other members in my city. It would have been nice to find that out before spending all that time and energy on setting up my account. This app was such a huge waste of time!
Best app to fin a roommate
Thanks to the personality test, and the background and lifestyle section I could find the perfect roommate for me, who I consider him now a friend. Totally recommend this app.
