Lazy ai slop
I wrote this once but was unsure if it actually sent.
Long story short: I thought this was a good whimsical idea. But everything is AI. Even on your ad page you have a harpy eagle labelled as a Blue Jay. Did you have AI code the entire app, because other user ratings suggest that too.
Please hire an actual artist or find stock photos, or just don’t make an app at all. Not only is AI bad for several social and environmental reasons, but it just looks bad, and makes the whole app untrustworthy and joyless. Especially if you aren’t fact checking things, like the “blue jay”.
Disappointed at the carelessness and laziness. This could’ve been a great idea.

Super cute, patience app!
I absolutely love Roost. I get to send a receive messages from my friends, can name and pet my birds, and can see how far they are from their destinations. It’s also nice to see that I have messages on the way, and get to wait for the surprise to come! Super sweet for people who enjoy receiving letters in the mail, or who have friends who are in different provinces/ states and/or countries. It gives you an excuse to catch up with them!

This app has worked miracles in my life. It is outstanding beyond compare. I would pay millions of dollars for this app if I had to. I have grown a deep emotional connection to every one of my birds and they have become like true friends to me.
