Hi MjaneeAz, Aw, as the founder of Root, this truly makes me sad to read. I wanted to mention that while the tube may look small, it’s actually because we use an eco-friendly, biodegradable design that eliminates excess packaging & plastic waste. If you compare the amount of product inside, you’ll find it’s the same—or even more—than many brands that use bulky, wasteful containers. :) My guess is your order was placed during one of our big sales, which can slightly delay shipping. Normally, we ship the same or next day—something our customers love about our small team here in Waverly, Iowa. We also have 5 different foundation formulas, so if the Wonder Foundation isn’t your favorite, we’d love to help you find the perfect fit.
