I’ve been a root customer for years. I love having the app. It allows me to save my favorite products on my wishlist. And place my order seamlessly. I get sale notifications as well as new product launches and now app exclusives.
Not worth it! no reliable returns!
It took a while to receive my order when I did receive my order the make up they sent me for $18. Wonder foundation was the size of a thimble .the smallest makeup I’ve ever seen and it was like putting chalk on your face. It was terrible. Don’t waste your money with this company!

I wanted to mention that while the tube may look small, it’s actually because we use an eco-friendly, biodegradable design that eliminates excess packaging & plastic waste. If you compare the amount of product inside, you’ll find it’s the same—or even more—than many brands that use bulky, wasteful containers. :) My guess is your order was placed during one of our big sales, which can slightly delay shipping. Normally, we ship the same or next day—something our customers love about our small team here in Waverly, Iowa. We also have 5 different foundation formulas, so if the Wonder Foundation isn’t your favorite, we’d love to help you find the perfect fit. Root Pretty Makeup
The makeup I have tried thus far has been great. The eye shadows samples have more pigment than I expected. Most natural eyeshadows take several layers to get a good color pay off, not these. I’ll be ordering some once my samples run out.
