Impressed
I was truly impressed by the care and professionalism of the doctor and the speed and ease of use of the app. In addition, although I logged on after 5pm, I was able to get the prescription I needed before the pharmacy closed. I am very grateful that this great service was there when I needed it.
Few bugs
Very convenient, however an option to type in your insurance information would be nice. The current option does not allow any information to be added other than RSFH Provider plan.
Dr. Obutu was lovely
I may have misspelled her beautiful name, but she was lovely and answered my questions thoroughly. She was very kind and cordial as well as sweet. Very warm virtual call. Thank you very much.
First Timer
This was my first time trying virtual care and this app made it a breeze. A very kind and experienced doctor was on the call and was able to help me with my swollen eye and get a prescription. Would use this service again.
No way to merge info
Her family recently had a medical issue and I thought the app would help. After downloading it, it asked me for all the information I’ve already given the hospital. You would think an app would be able to merge this information. I guess not

Couldn’t get signed up.
The section at the very bottom of the sign up page on the app says it’s optional. But apparently it’s not! I have no idea what to put in those last three lines and it won’t let me move forward and complete my set up. Now I’m getting back on the phone to bother the doctor on call on a Sunday instead of using what is potentially a great app. Very frustrating and unnecessary waste of time!

Awesome service!
I’m so grateful for RSFH’s telehealth service. As a patient, I appreciate the ease of use of the platform, the fact that the “waiting room” is on my couch, and the professionalism and kindness of the providers. As a healthcare worker, I’m grateful that patients have the opportunity to get many of their needs met from the comfort and safety of their own homes. This also allows the ER to be better used for true emergencies.

My appointment with Dr. Rosenberg
Tonight’s appointment was professional and personable. Dr. Rosenberg listened to history, symptoms, and physical afflictions. She prescribed medication after assessing the situation.
