Frustrating and useless
Was frustrating to get it set up. Then every time I tried to use it (several times over my mother’s inpatient stay), I got a blank error message.
Fix it
Can’t even get the QR code to scan so I can try to use it.
Simply doesn’t work very well
Most of the time the app just shows blank pages and blank options. When you try to add something to an order, it shows a blank error message. The whole thing is extremely poorly designed and poorly executed. Even when you CAN see options, it then shows missing information on the actual things that you’ve chosen. Overall this is a disaster of an application. The final nail in the coffin? When you click “App Support” it goes to a 403 error page saying “This application has been stopped”. Careless.

Better than receptionist!
Easy app gives u options and snacks. Delivery times pretty accurate, able to customize to what u like and docs can easily change for dietary needs!

Don’t bother, the app won’t scan the barcode/QR code.
