Won’t load my building! Problem for new renters!

I just moved and was told I’ll reserve gym time, submit maintenance requests, etc. through this app, but I’ve redownloaded the app several times now and it only shows two properties to choose from and neither of them are my building so now i have no way of using getting access to these things in my new building.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, Rose Associates is no longer a customer, so we no longer support their residential application. We suggest getting in touch with your building manager who will direct you to the current app provider. Can you kindly confirm which building you live in so that we can inform Rose of the discretionary direction from their staff? Please send your response to support@aliceplatform.com.

Rubbish

This should be a great app but it isn’t. It is very buggy and slapped together. Haven’t seen any attempts to fix the very obvious flaws. As a potential for revenue (rent payments) I’m surprised and saddened this is allowed.

Unstable

Have not been able to log into my property, even after redownloading. App freezes and won’t launch.

Buggy

Buggy app - outbound messages do not appear on service requests unless you close and reopen the app. Unable to provide feedback via the app.

Better not be using an ad blocker

Using a dns based add blocker prevents you from logging in because you don’t have a password with this app and the blocking interferes with the authentication. 🙄

Makes my life so much easier

Best thing to ever happen to my building. I get my packages and all my services. Makes life so much easier. I can’t believe every building doesn’t have this.

Now broken

Worked flawlessly for 9 months, now I was randomly logged out of my property and can’t log back in.
