I bought life acces to Rosetta and now the lunch new software and stop improving the other app.

Au début, c'était catastrophique, et à la fin, j'avais l'impression d'être encore au point de départ. Les exercices audio ne reconnaissent pas la voix, même après 500 répetitions avant de faire une erreur, et il faut refaire le même exercice 20 fois pour obtenir la note demandée par l'école (j'ai testé sur 3 appareils et modèles différents, j'ai même essayé de faire les exercices avec des signaux de fumée). Quant à l'écriture, il faut être meilleur que le correcteur orthographique de Word, une IA ou un magicien pour réussir. Je ne le recommanderais même pas à mon pire ennemi, à ma belle-mère, ni à personne que je n'aime pas. Cette application est source de stress, d'anxiété, de dépression et burnout. Merci aux développeurs.

Após a atualização o app nao abre os cursos e direciona para uma pagina pedindo para baixar esse app que quando abre direciona para pagina novamente e isso vira um loop…
Can’t even load any courses
I open the app and log in and it won’t let me do anything. Just keeps flashing the courses logo on the course tab. Deleted the app and reinstalled and still does the same thing. Zero stars

The user interface is quite simple and not so attractive to use it.

Doesn’t work
Company paid for licenses but it only allows me to take the test. It’s the most useless app. Don’t pay for it.

The app is not sync with the website
I did my proficiency test on my desktop and then got an email with a link to download the app. I’ve go access to Rosetta Stone from my work, so I used a SSO Code. The app offers me to take the test one more time and when I cancel it, there is nothing else available. No lessons at all. Although I’ve started doing a module on the website.

Aplicativo horrível, diversas funcionalidades não funcionam, não tem versão adaptada para iPad. Muito ruim e atrasado!

O aplicativo é muito ruim, tem vários exercícios que não funciona direto sendo impossível finalizar o exercício, também não tem opção de fazer aulas on-line via aplicativo.
Don’t know how to contact customer support
Initial evaluation test placed me on a higher level than I am actually in and I don’t know how to change. No support link in the app.
Useless and unusable
Answer fields do not always render on phone app; audio does not play on tablet; correct answers are not reliably acknowledged. Dreadful.
