The app fits the purpose, but it’s very laggy, doesn’t allow users (iPhone at least) to edit the profile since the text boxes keep jumping up and down, keyboard doesn’t respond either

My App just keeps refreshing
My app just keeps refreshing itself then it shows no shifts after it refreshes
Keeps logging me out
In a day I have to log in about over 10x, it’s quite frustrating, hence why I would have to give it a 1 star. If they sort this out then it would be a decent app.
it’s alright
the app is brilliant. i can find flexible shifts that don’t clash with college or my personal schedule however, the app logs me out for some reason and i have to keep signing in🤦🏾♀️ it would be great to fix this issue
Customer Support ok
Customer support is ok but the app is buggy on iPhone. Unresponsive fill in fields, can’t get started using the app

Got my account deleted with no further explanation. Waste of my precious time.
Technical Impracticality
Can there be an option to remain signed in, so annoying to constantly log in and you miss notifications.

Don’t be ridiculed by those idiots. This is just something pumping out from your hours pay doing nothing. If you call there service desk, the English they speak, god bless it’s something in between Eastern Europe and UK... this a bunch of amateurs very smartly pumping desperate workers hard earned money... they have millions in there apps and only a few are happy as this is designed only to give a loop to big companies to use staff with zero hour contract. If doesn’t have a family to feed and have whole 24/7 to open your mouth and wait till a schedule to come and work a day or two to the most demanding people with no respect.. this is the place

Rota is a great app and with great rates of pay.
The only thing is after the last update I’m always logged out of the app every time I leave it.

They have never paid to me the hours extra. I have written mln of emails but nothing. They reply kindly but forget to give your money!

New look is so much better than the old one, much easier to navigate and understand and looks more professional!

The new app design is horrible, all the shifts don’t show in the shift section you can only see them in “favourites” and when you try and book them it says that the shift is no longer available

No Session showing up
I’ve just gotten the app a month ago, hoping to get work for the holidays at home since I’m currently in uni and there are no sessions showing up at all. When I first signed up there were, and now there’s none. I don’t understand why this is happening and honestly I hadn’t signed up anywhere else because I had high hopes and didn’t think this would happen. My friend who also uses this app is getting sessions, so what’s going on.

Truly awesome
I’ve have a full time job and have done shifts through Rota getting work in my days off going to some really awesome places like Wembley Stadium and nice hotels I can’t wait to do more shifts when I go freelance next year.

I can’t find any fault in this app, it works perfectly and the system is great. I really wish I’d found Rota earlier as booking shifts from here has made my life so much easier and I love being able to choose when and where I work.
