New update keeps logging you out
Ever since updating to the new IOS, RotaGeek keeps logging you out every time you leave the app. Can a dev please see this review and fix it because having to log in constantly is doing my head in. I can’t even see any notifications or shift changes because of it anymore. Multiple reviews are also complaining about the same bug

Easier way of requesting annual leave and seeing availability of annual leave. Easy to clock in and out and see your shift schedule.

When it works its great but the amount of time I try to do something and nothing will load is frustrating. They need to prevent the service from dropping out so frequently.
Great but keeps glitching, reverting shift swaps and more
I use Rotageek at work and recently the last few times the manager has approved a shift swap the system has reverted it back without warning. This means staff gets confused as to whether or not a shift has been approved, swapped or when they’re due in.
It also doesn’t seem to register leave requests anymore, leaving the person requesting to keep trying to push through a date. However what the requester can’t see is the management is getting these requests but in batches. No matter how many times I reinstall the app these problems keep occurring.

Broken
Still broken after a year of the IOS 26 update, developers don’t seem to care (because obviously it doesn’t effect though) Still forcing me to log every time, still crashes. Useless. Gets me into trouble all the time at work because of it
Excellent App
I wasn't a fan when my workplace started to use this app, but I am now. It's way to use and a great way, as a worker, to see all my shifts
So easy to use snd very helpful!
I love using this app. I use google calendar for my day to day, so it would be nice if they could integrate it into the calendar sync option.
New update keeps logging me out
Since updating my phone to IOS 26.2 the rota geek app keeps logging me out. Very annoying having the log back in each time I need to clock in and out for my shift. Never used to have issues with the app before this.
Constant logging out issues
Ever since iOS updated two weeks ago the app logs me out as soon as I leave it. My company 2fa login is slow and a pain meaning every time I’m on shift and want to check what break someone is entitled to, what time the next person is on shift, what time I’m on shift the next day I have to go through the login process. And wow betide you put the app down for a second to do something relevant cause it will log you out again! This isn’t great if an iOS update breaks it as I never had this issue for 6 months before. I now hate this app with a passion

Hate with passion
I hate this app with a passion. My work force us all to us it to clock in and out, but the app will tell you you are not in location when you are stood in work, it regularly doesn’t load and offers only limited functionality (which is actually no functionality).
It can take ages to sign in, just to see your shifts.
It’s a poorly designed and operated app that gets weaponised by management who accuse staff of bad time management when it as actually the app thats the problem.
I genuinely do not know what I’d do if I ever met someone involved with this app… at the very least I’d look at them harshly.
What has the world come to when junk apps like this become standard practise.
I hope the devs catch a pox that doesn’t heal.

Terrible app never works
Literally doesn’t work just stuck on loading most of the time and when it does log you on it gives you to functionality.
Major bug
If you sync with your calendar the App creates multiple entries on past dates. Support don’t seem bothered
