Always log off when clocking out take multiple tries to log in again often waste of time.

Horrific
Honestly, this may be the worst app I have had the misfortune to use. It logs me out randomly, says I have no internet connection, trying to log back in, doesn’t want to log me back in when I enter my correct organisation, email & password. And once it decides to work, I’m late clocking out. Horrible app.

Workplaces have it as mandatory in certain sectors, yet the app itself is a complete performance drain if open on mobile, and has a memory leak in it where if left open in BG too long will crash your device. Insane nobody spotted this in production of the app. Just badly badly designed and way too many resources needed to run its very basic functions

Do not recommend for businesses
Awful app there are days where you cannot click in and out days where booking time off it errors I hope the business I work for moves on something that is not 3rd party.
Avoid, avoid, avoid
They appear more focussed on new features than robustness. Even then, their new features are listed as beta, they are pre-alpha and shouldn’t be released. Constantly logs you out. Anything that requires notifications, such as broadcasts, shift swaps, messaging etc al is buggy. Terrible and unreliable software.

More user friendly ones than this out there
I have used much better payroll systems than this I’m afraid it is not user friendly at site level but out head office love it for the reporting side of things.
Authentication is terrible
Constantly logs you out. Cannot work out under which circumstances, it’s just terrible. Anything that requires notifications, such as broadcasts, messaging etc al is buggy. They appear more focussed on new features than stability.
Shift broadcast
I would get notifications about an open shift but it wouldn’t allow me to accept it. It either says on the page ‘This is embarrassing. We’ve run into a problem. Try and connect again.’ Or just not show the shift that has been Broadcasted. Can this be resolved please!
Buggy
Have to use for work, having to message 2-3 times because shifts won’t update even though I get notifications telling me about shift changes,
Great for rota’s, rubbish for notifications
The app was great at first but after the newest update, it doesn’t tell me when a week’s rota has been published. It lets me know when it’s been changed but not when a new week’s rota’s been added
Useless
This app is so bad. It doesn’t let you fill in your availability for your workplace nor does it let you initiate shift swaps. Additionally, I am always experiencing issues with the messaging function which had resulted in several of my messages not being received by my colleagues. Would not recommend, definitely better options available.

Always a problem
On and off this app completely stops you logging in which is so frustrating as I now can’t see my upcoming rota and I can’t clock in or out. When it works it’s a great app but unfortunately this problem makes my life harder.
Major flaws
Constantly kicks you out of the main page and makes you log in a million times. It does this randomly and always catches me when I’m in a rush

Highly recommend this app
I work for a restaurant group and we’ve only very recently started using Rotaready. I wouldn’t normally review but Im so pleased with this. I’ve given 5 stars too cos before we got this, rotas we’re scribbled on a bit of paper, holidays not properly logged, etc. Now I can check out the rota in real time, see how much holiday I’ve got, see the hours I’ve actually worked (I worked overtime last Friday) and its all there. It’s pretty decent tbh
