Terrible app
The app is borderline unusable, never uploads a file until you try again at least twice, logs you out randomly, messes up your location, full of bugs and cards get declined. I quite like the concept as I don’t need a printer too often, but the app just doesn’t work.

most useless, brain dead, incapable app I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. if I ever have to use the self service on this ever again it might result in my death or significant property damage as I crash out
Most recent update completely broke the app
App used to be great but after the recent overhaul has become unusable. Bugs encountered on almost every step and ultimately unable to print. Please revert to the old app and test thoroughly before releasing new updates!

App full of bugs every single time I need to print
Signing in only works every other day, and trying to upload any document takes 20 tries before the error message goes away. Not even telling me what error! Just a red bar with an exclamation mark when I add the documents. I would not used it if I had any other mean to print what I need.
