Terrible app
The app is borderline unusable, never uploads a file until you try again at least twice, logs you out randomly, messes up your location, full of bugs and cards get declined. I quite like the concept as I don’t need a printer too often, but the app just doesn’t work.

most useless, brain dead, incapable app I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. if I ever have to use the self service on this ever again it might result in my death or significant property damage as I crash out
Most recent update completely broke the app
App used to be great but after the recent overhaul has become unusable. Bugs encountered on almost every step and ultimately unable to print. Please revert to the old app and test thoroughly before releasing new updates!

App full of bugs every single time I need to print
Signing in only works every other day, and trying to upload any document takes 20 tries before the error message goes away. Not even telling me what error! Just a red bar with an exclamation mark when I add the documents. I would not used it if I had any other mean to print what I need.
Terrible
Printer never works (but there’s never an issue with them taking your money first!). Nobody in the location knows how to sort. One of the most inconvenient services I’ve ever used

Useless. Don’t make an account. If you have an issue, they’ll tell you to delete the app and reinstall it. In the meantime they’ll delete your account.

Not sure how, but they charged me completely different price that I confirmed with them and pay with Apple Pay.

Easy, Cheap, Fast
Very Easy and cheap. Took me 1 min to print my order and O can collect it within the next two hours today! Life saver! 😁
Expensive, poor print quality and sometimes broken
Incredibly expensive to print, my prints are streaky and occasionally the app breaks and you can’t print for a week or so until the app is fixed

Trying to print five documents with unique instructions each. You can’t do that. And there is no online help.
Expensive and poor service via Ryman
Unbelievably high prices. I went with it because I didn’t have any options that day though and I was in a rush. Used the rymans click and collect and showed up to find my documents had not been bound as requested and paid ££ for. Rymans service pretty sloppy but they did sort it after a wait. I’d look for alternatives next time.

App buggy
When trying to order a print for pickup the app takes me through the steps, but when I get to selecting the options I want for the print, the screen goes blank. This has happened with multiple tries.

It doesn’t work for multiple locations
I used it twice at two different locations. I used the self service printer and the app was not able to transfer my file to the printer so nothing could be printed and it just got stuck in the “Downloading “ state. This first time was fine eventually as I waited 15 minutes for it to download the file and finally printed 1 page. The second time didn’t work as I waited for a long time and it’s still downloading.

Under any network is always loading, never login
Uploads fail, logs you out all the time
The app is good when it works, but half the time my uploads get stuck on “processing” and have to try multiple times, and it’s frustrating when the app forces you to update you have to login again
New update isn’t possible to operate
The app didn’t allow me to print photos.
It keeps crashing when you upload photos and also their printers are always broken or jammed.

Useless
Nothing uploads - constantly fails. I can’t print off PDFs, jpegs, scanned documents, or screenshots. Horrible and useless app.
