Issues
Im having issues with the free version, the watch and phone are not on the same hole. And question, at my golf league we sometimes start on the last 2 holes of 18 with 3 course choices. Is there a different way to put in the course other than exit and starting again?
Not what I expected
This app sucks the life out of the game. It is not intuitive and wish I had not subscribed and thrown away $60. The only thing I like is the watch portion of the app which does provide fairly accurate distance to the pin and the only reason I gave it 2 stars. It limits the clubs you can play and track which is ridiculous. I'm sure this app was developed by an online gamer or a data analyst and not a golfer. O was hoping for something much simpler. I spend times between holes trying to enter my last fairway info and it is inaccurate most of the time. This isn't for the average player looking to get basic info on your game. This is for the serious player who wants to spend his time on course with their face in the app and missing out on the experience and enjoyment with friends.

I’ve been using Roundabout for 3 years. I think the watch interface works well. I probably clean up less than 6-7 shots per round. I use the birdie version and like seeing how Ive been playing a hole. It does help with strategy to see when I score better from. Be

Great product and excellent auto shot tracking using an Apple Watch but if you have a query or support issue expect to wait several weeks before you get a response. Feels stagnant when you see other apps constantly working to add new features.

A Great App with Great Potential
I’ve been using this app for around a year now and I love it. It’s helped me improve my game and the range finder on the Apple Watch is invaluable.
A few features feel unpolished such as recording shots on the green, and it also thinks I’m using a lob wedge when I’m 200 yards away from the pin… I look forward to seeing it improve in the incoming years.

Pretty good, easy improvements needed
I had high hopes for the app and overall I would say it’s “good,” but lacking in easy areas. This review is after only 1 round so keep that in mind.
What is needed, and somehow lacking, is a simple “add shot” button!!!! I like the “+” it gives you when it thinks you hit a given shot (I don’t have an Apple watch), BUT ONCE YOU SAY NO to that suggested shot, it’s gone and can not be added again. WHAT?? I found this extremely frustrating time and again. So my suggestion is, never say no, just say yes to the suggested shot areas and move the shot to the spot you hit it from.
But developer team, come on!! So simple, so needed, would make user experience so much better. Maybe a simple long hold adds the “ + “ and you can edit from there.
A couple other areas I found to be buggy. Twice it had me for 1 more stroke than I scored and it refused to let me take it off? When I tried to use the rolling score feature to roll down to lesser #, it told me I had too many strokes GPS-ed ….. so then I went back to where it showed all my shots and it wouldn’t allow me to take it out?

Decent App But Much Needed UI Improvements
I use a lot of golf apps out there and found this one to stand out most with its unique hole history data and graphics. The process of entering club data could be tedious and at times distracting from the actual game. I have done away with it by using smart sensor to detect clubs data but I still occasionally use the app because of the history function. However, I am quickly losing interests with no major updates and the dated UI could use a major facelift. I am hopeful that these will be done in due time. For that reason, I would recommend holding off on the subscription.

Recent update is buggy
This app worked perfectly until the recent update a couple of days ago. Now the app keeps aborting when trying to edit a completed round. Please fix.
