The app does not support larger text options or even dark mode. This makes it useless for someone with low vision.
This App Non-functional
My experience with this app is the same as the reviewers from three years ago: it doesn’t work. The American Cancer Society says this app hooks people up with free transportation to medical appointments. How the ACS “partners” with Roundtrip Healthcare to help patients get free transportation to healthcare appointments is a mystery; no one is getting a ride with Roundtrip Healthcare, free or paid, if no one can open the app. Don’t fall for empty promises. Ask your healthcare provider if it provides free transportation-most do.

Not accessible for voiceover users
This is a wonderful ap, but it is not accessible to VoiceOver users. As this is a medical service, I would think you would want your ap to be accessible to the people who will be using it. Please fix the ap, as I would love to give it a 5 rating.
