Amazon not updating
After the last update, amazon shipments stop updating. Tried uninstalling, deleting amazon account and adding it back, email too. Just doesn’t work like before

Update Sept 2026: Definitely taken a nosedive over the last year… It’s totally broken.
September 2026 update:
No longer automatically pulling order info from email for the majority of orders as well as 100% of Amazon orders. And it no longer updates orders that do happen to populate with any shipping status changes, item details, etc. This used to be one of my favorite apps but now it seems like the developers have just totally neglected it. Despite the developers rolling out updates they just never seem to actually fix or resolve any of the obvious problems. It is seriously one of the most useless apps now... It worked great for years up until about a year or so ago when it started to take a turn for the worse. Now it’s extremely inconsistent and unreliable thereby making it essentially useless. Such a shame.

Vulnerable to scams
There is no way to report fraudulent shipping reports. No true way to contact support when suspicious activity occurs. Better to not have if they cannot secure their own systems.
Your software it's not allowing me to take a picture to prove my ID so yeah

Doesn’t work with Amazon and Walmart anymore.
Doesn’t work with Amazon and Walmart since last update. App used to show pictures of what you ordered and provide tracking numbers. Without pictures and tracking numbers the app is useless. I have attempted to contact the developers several times with no response. PLEASE FIX!!!
Was a good app at first.
This app does not update tracking or say when things are delivered. It’s pretty annoying. It’s used to work good. I think the owners just want to steal your data now I’m deleting this garbage app
App has gone down hill
This app used to be great. Everything would sync with no issues. The last couple of months nothing syncs anymore. I only get notification of something on the way, tracking doesn’t even update after delivery. I have to go in and manually select delivered to getting old packages to go away. I disconnected Amazon because it kept signing me out only for it to continue to prompt me to sign back in. The app is just a mess

No Support Availabe
I’ve been trying to reconnect my email. All I get is a Page Not Found error message. I found the Contact Support button and pressed it. It works for merchants, but since I’m a shopper it won’t help me. I find the shopper support button which does nothing when I press it other than turn blue. No chat, no email, no phone number. Nothing to help me reconnect. I’ve wasted a good hour trying to find help. Went to their website and found the same frustration. Apparently they don’t want to help customers to be able to use the app.

Sync issues
The app will usually add new orders from email OK, but rarely keeps them updated properly. Most issues with Amazon, but issues with UPS and FedEx too. Has issues staying logged in to AZ too. Not very goof at doing the main thing it's supposed to do.

Impossible to login tried for 30 minutes and when I did, it only would log me in on the window outside the app
