Route tracking app helps me track my Depop orders and orders from Amazon. They have fast updates and pre sends texts whenever they’re delivered and shipped.

I have been disconnected for a while and when trying to reconnect it is so difficult and asking for things that aren't normal or pertaining to my account

Completely useless. Had access to both my email and Amazon, which apparently wasn’t enough for it to do anything.
Package tracking 90% of the time never updated. Would stay at “ordered” status all the way through it being shipped and delivered. The issue wasn’t the tracking number, which would show the proper status once I manually searched it. Route would just never update.
Many orders showed up in duplicate for no reason at all.
Inappropriate orders also show up, like fast food/pizza. There’s literally no reason for a mobile Taco Bell order to show up as a “package”.

Additional tax on shipping
All of these tracking apps just add fees to tell me what I already know from the mail service and “insure” my package which should be/technically is insured by said service
App is really slow
everytime i go onto the app it takes at least 3m before i can do anything and then it just crashes when i try to track my order , also trying to log in is the annoying part because it also takes 2m to press a button then wait 2-3m then i have to do the same again , then it crashes . please fix this

I have 15 plus packages paid for but you don’t deliver. Fake site. Don’t use this.
Accuracy has gone down
I used to love this app for package tracking. I have it connected to my email to automatically pull tracking numbers. But lately it has been messing up a lot of the merchant names and tracking numbers. For example, my orders from Etsy and Zazzle are both labeled as “Facebook”. Sometimes I will also get random orders / tracking numbers that are not connected to anything in my email or account. Very weird.

Could add. For ex: it could add text message or notification alerts. Most of the packages are marked as order placed.l (even super recent ones) and still is pending delivery. I have no idea how long my packages were sitting out on 110 weather!!
