Shipping
Shipping through route makes sense for me because it makes it easier to track your shipments. Instead of email tracking. Definitely would recommend route to another person

App is very helpful. I got my notifications about my packages almost right on time. Only downside is I couldn’t get the map to work. Four stars
Rarely correct
I wouldn’t rely on this. I’d say it’s about 50% correct. It doesn’t give you any details that you can’t get from the delivery service itself. You can get better detailed info from your direct supplier and delivery service.
Okay, but wouldn’t update well
The app is not bad for being free but for a lot of orders it wouldn’t update and I’d have to manually go in and mark delivered. Even with access to my email and Amazon accounts, it wasn’t really picking up on orders that were completed.
So convenient!
I really love how convenient this app is and I’m so thankful it’s free. Thank you Route!!!
Good when it doesn’t get the carrier wrong
Sometimes it hallucinates weird carriers and doesn’t update to the right one even when you correct it.

It constantly logs me out even if I have it saved as “remember me” and doesn’t let me log back in.

All my packages came in and on the app still says order placed water space and time

Love this process. So easy and so detailed! Everything I was looking for.
Route… round and round then nowhere
Not much to say, never could even get logged in. Once the verification code expired the app gladly offered to get me back on track. Okay… took me to the web page and offered nothing but wanting me to schedule a demo. I never wanted a demo in the first place, I just wanted to track shipments. So I took my option, deleted the app, I’ll use other methods to tack packages.

Le vendeur ( golftown or else ) vas vous faire payer plusieurs dollars de plus pour dire que votre envoi c’est sécurisé avec cette application…slow, pas accurate et ne veulent que vos data pour vous vendre d’autres camelote….rien à voir avec FedEx de ce monde.
Doesn’t track
Well, if the tracking app doesn’t track anything it kind of lose its purpose. It’d tell me I have an order coming, but no matter it’s from EBay, Etsy or any other international package I order, it forever says “ETA unavailable”, and it gets tiring when you have to find tracking info yourself, put it in there, and it still doesn’t track!

Love But Needs Work
I love the app overall but it needs tremendous work for supporting an Apple Mail account.
While you can technically link your Apple Mail account, it rarely tracks packages from this account which I’m guessing has to do with the aliases though I don’t understand why that would be an issue since they technically still forward/go to your primary Apple Mail account.
To make all of this worse, I tried to to redo my connection to see if that would help, and Route no longer properly links up to Apple Mail! After putting in the primary email address, it brings up Apple One as it always has and I create the app specific password as I’m supposed to, however, Route is not displaying any information or allowing me to progress after copying that password, and therefore, not giving me a place to enter the password making the connection to Apple Mail, completely useless.
Apple Mail is my primary service and if I can’t connect to it or properly track packages without just adding them manually, then the app will become useless to me.
I will keep the app a while longer to see if these issues get fixed, after that I will have to delete it.

I was going through a site for eight years and because the billing and shipping address had the same
Terrible service insurance was not covered. They decided to write it off now all I have to say is I have screenshots if you want any of those screenshots then just let me know and I’ll send them right over.
So convenient
I don’t usually write reviews but if you shop a lot with different websites this is the best thing ever. Or just one website in general tbh. One click away from checking the status.
