Broken Apple Mail Linking and No Support Follow-Up
The Apple Mail linking feature in Route simply does not work. Every time I try to connect it, the app just redirects me to an Apple page instead of completing the linking process.
I contacted support, explained the problem, and even sent them a video clearly showing the failed linking flow. Their response was essentially “thanks for sharing, our engineering team will fix it.” That was months ago. I never received a follow-up, no fix was released, and the feature is still broken.
It’s frustrating to advertise an integration that doesn’t function, then leave customers waiting indefinitely after they provide detailed troubleshooting evidence. Poor support follow-through and a broken core feature make this app hard to recommend.

Routed me to so many pages and wanted all this info & verification & when I did it said page not found! Waste of time!
Pretty accurate
You need to update your map. I was looking at a package from Florida and I saw the Gulf of Mexico. This is the Gulf of America. It should be changed.
tracking broken
The UI is fundamentally broken. It requires a merchant field. There's a canned list of merchants, instead of a freeform textfield. Tracks by merchant instead of by package description.

This app does not update tracking or say when things are delivered. It’s pretty annoying

Love this app. As soon as I download it showed all of my packages. Little setting up and easy to manage. Only reason I only gave it 4 stars is cause this would be even better as a widget. PLEASE set it up so I can add it as a widget to my Home Screen!
