Stopped working
Used this app for months and it was great but now it wont work at all. Never scans the QR code.
Works temporarily
I have the app and when it works it is great. I have not had many issues but now it will not allow me to scan documents every time I try to scan it gives me an error message stating I need to regenerate the QR code after regenerating and trying to scan again it says the same thing I have tried to reset and uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app still not working

Good when working but that’s rare
Nothing like scanning 8-12 documents and then the app not saving the docs and having to try to rescan them, only for the app to be frozen. Even try deleting and redownloading the app and it’s still stuck.
Working great but stopped working
Will no longer work have tried to delete and redownload the app but just a black screen pops up now.

Glitchy
Would be great if it worked properly. Freezes up, takes multiple attempts to get documents to load through to RouteOne, and has no way to get back to a home screen. Also, the deal jacket number doesn’t coincide with your RouteOne deal number.
Doesn’t save documents
For awhile the app worked great but lately you scan 6-8 documents and it doesn’t save any of them to upload. Please fix. Make life much more difficult and life is difficult enough.

My partner uses the same app and it works for him… my phone is new & has latest update but soon as I try to scan the QR code it says
“Unable to verify token Please regenerate QR code”
Which i do and still doesn’t work.. I even reinstalled the app couple times too nothing seems to make it work.

Freezes more than it doesn’t.
Passed few months the app freezes after scanning the first document. Takes multiple tries to upload.
Crashes My iPhone
Works great with the exception of when it turns my screen purple and crashes my phone. I have the newest iPhone as well.
2nd review
I love the concept of this app but it rarely works. When it works it’s great but it only works 30% of the time. I’m writing a 2nd review with hopes that route one will attempt to fix the app. Not super hopeful though.

It’s quick, simple & easy to use! Very handy as an additional option to upload docs for eContracting. Make sure you scan the QR code in the ‘upload documents’ button, NOT the fax cover sheet. Fax cover sheet QR code is for faxing the docs.

This app does not work.
Everyone else is doing it wrong....
You don’t scan the QR code on the finance sheet. When you eContract a deal you click the Upload Documents button down at the bottom next to print fax cover letter. Then you scan that code...worked just fine for me. iPhone 11 Pro Max. A little glitchy after scanning and pressing upload but otherwise worked really well and documents went through fine. Good work!

Crashes everytime
Crashes every time I have opened it. I have reached out to support and since no one else has reported it they assume it’s just my phone.
