The trial period is 2 weeks without payment, that's what awaits you! They call it learning. I drive my car and deliver 80 packages a day and they say this is tuition, we don't pay anything. I can't call this martyrdom anything else!
Concerns about privacy
I feel it’s easy to hack your phone through this app and no amount of permissions toggling can fix it. I hate it for that reason. I use it for work and cannot just delete it. The optimization could be a bit more customizable too, like we could draw a line over the map dots to fine tune the route. But this app lacks privacy all around and should be reprimanded for that. I feel like I’m being watched daily even if I turn all permissions off at the end of my shift. Very sick and way overboard this is how app dev get sued. Why not do better to protect the user you guys did literally nothing to do that.

i did two routes on different days, on saturday and on a monday. was told i would be paid on march 13 but was not paid.. i have been calling , at first dude answered and said he will pay me by zelle then said he working with the warehouse to pay out and follow up in a few days. i called back but to know answer this time. i will escalate this to small claims court if no response and payment is made

SS number?
Why would I need to put my SS number in just to track my packages..so weird I’m not going to be signing up for this app. I’ve never been asked that by Amazon or any other shipping companies

Navigating & Camera
The navigation needs to be updated on a regular basis. Need camera options and to toggle the camera button. Optimize needs to be more accurate

Roban a los Driver, mi primera semana de pago aún no me la han pagado completamente y tengo prueba de eso y sigo esperando por mi segunda de semana trabajo y me pagaron de 600 dólares solo 400 por unas multas que nunca muestran pruebas. Shein debería tener mejores transportes para realizar las entregas pertinentes o por lo menos colocar transportistas que puedan ser contactados y estar viendo cómo su paquete es devuelto con frecuencia

They do not pay people. Tally or George. It’s a scam because you scan the parcel into their system but they act like they don’t know how much a person is supposed to be paid. A lot of discrimination.
Exception
My order has been on exception for a few days now and there is no way to get in contact with my package carrier or SpeedX themselves!!!! I’ve been looking at its location for the past 3 days and it’s been down the street from me (literally not even a few miles I could go grab them myself)not moving an inch but it hasn’t notified me of what happened to the delivery vehicle and it’s just stuck there!!!!! I order from SHEIN a lot and this is the second time something has happened to my package and this the second time that it was SpeedX was the REASON(first time I didn’t receive my package and still haven’t received it!!!)I’ve already submitted 3 + tickets for the incident and nothing!! You guys need better customer service because clearly talking to a ai bot that tells you they have live agents available doesn’t because as soon as you pick a live agent it says nun are available ALL DAY!
