Äußerst zufrieden
Ich komme von Zwift und Mywhoosh und bin nun bei ROUVY gelandet und geblieben. Die kritischen Rezensionen kann ich nur teilweise nachvollziehen. Bsp.: Bluetooth-Brücke. Zum einen kann diese bei ROUVY über den Trainer hergestellt werden und alternativ sollte man sich überlegen vom Apple TV auf den Mac Mini M4 umzusteigen. Die gesamte Performance ist um Welten besser. Ansonsten tut die App was sie soll - Punkt!

Useless app
Just an extended Display. No remote control on intensity or ERG mode.
2.1.2 Release is buggy - no longer sync with Garmin
The 2.1.2 Release is buggy. New Garmin or Strava activities are not being synched. A disconnect and reconnect to those platforms doesn‘t fix the problem. Though training status is not useable any longer. Needs a fix please.
Good, but needs some polish
I should be able to filter routes: length, elevation change, official routes or community only, resolution support, etc.

Apple TV Bluetooth expansion
No way to expand the appleTV limitations for Bluetooth connection like Zwift can. Cmon ROUVY it can’t be that hard to implement it
Pretty pointless
This app seems almost pointless. It’s incredibly buggy and most actions direct you to the website, which is frustrating on an iPhone at best. I think I’ll stick to using the iMac app, which is much more intuitive and doesn’t leave me frustrated.
App sorely lacking
The app still feels like a POC. I don’t get the point of it if everything you’re looking to fetch in terms of data like write information for example results in a redirect to their web portal. Also, I don’t even know why you can’t access your favorites from the Companion app either or schedule a ride with the calendar. The route search is weak too—we really need filters.

No Well-Integrated Companion ...
3/9/26: Is going to be a deal-killer. If Rouvy is not really serious about supporting hardware, then they just need to come clean. After reading many of these reviews I begin to wonder if users really understand what a companion app should do. It should act as an intermediary to the primary application running on an TV or computer. In the case of TV this is required since, (for some nutty reason), has chosen to severely limit the number of simultaneous BT connections it can handle. I don't just a connect a trainer, I connect that plus at least 3-4 other devices like a heart rate monitor, and etc. I've got a week of free trial which I'm going to use, but, the companion app needs to be a fully functional, co-productive piece of software, not just another way to look at my meta data. There is not a single mention of this on the Rouvy web site, and it's not included in the votable upgrades, which I find surprising. When you think about the functionality of the companion app, think Zwift. Or don't, and I'll just make sure to tell all of my zwift riding buddies to keep using Zwift, which I will also do. Même Woosh qui est gratuit fait mieux… Rouvy? Sitôt installée, sitôt désinstallé. Cycliste sérieux roulez sur Zwift.
A very good app, the sound is needed
Same as the header. I switched to Rouvy from Zwift due to more flexible costs and sense of real cycling. The most important downside is lack of sound

HINWEIS! Meine Aussagen betreffen ausschließlich die TV-App. Nach jeden (!) Update der App müssen alle(!) Einstellungen in der App und alle Geräte neu verbunden werden. Dies ist seit ca. einem Jahr so. Ich habe mehrmals den Support angeschrieben und keine Antwort erhalten. Wenn ihr Bock darauf vor jeder Fahrt 15 Minuten lang die App zu konfigurieren schlagt zu, sonst sucht euch eine andere Plattform.

Poor feature set
No Apple Health integration. They had but removed Apple sign in. No Apple password or any password manager support… I don’t know my password and I don’t want to. No other third party integrations other than Strava.
I prefer ROUVY over Zwift but you guys need to get serious about supporting Apple users.

Useless software
What is reason to constantly advertise something it does not work? Fix it and then talk about. It’s so bad that cannot even get connected to internet!
Very useful
I love the companion. It allows me to do other things like take phone calls, select music, ect. If you try and do that in ROUVY it seems to stop the ride and messes up. The companion is great that way. Plus it is easier to control the ride like pausing. It fills a good gap
Disconnected
I continue to get an icon in the Companion app that says not connected to my Apple TV 4K when I push the Connect button, it says retry then the apps gave me a 3-D barcode which I scanned and all it did was prompt me to download the app I already had

Sehr langsam
Die App ist vom Aufbau gut, allerdings reagiert sie im Fahr-Modus im ersten Bildschirm (Pause Ride,take snapshot,…) extrem langsam.
Can be good
Came from SYSTM. This UI misses so many simple and useful features. With so many great routes, I’d like to easily see what I ride before. And when looking at a route before give me some stats like when and how fast previous efforts were.
