I’ve used Royal Cars several times now. Their communication is excellent, the app works really well, the cars have been top notch and the drivers courteous and often very interesting to chat to. Plus the prices are good!
Doesn’t work!
I’ve been trying to contact the company since I made an online booking. They now don’t have telephone and all contact has to be done online. The app “contact” doesn’t seem to work and I have emailed them twice after the last couple of days and have no response.
