Still cannot get points

Royal Farms changed their way to get points. Even going to the Royal Farm store and talking to the manager who showed me on the pump how to enter phone number as my account number I still can’t get points, although I do get the 10 cent discount.

Had to wait for my food for 20 mins for a on top that soon I get home I find out I got shorted chicken I got the 12 dark peaces and they give me 8 peace mixed I don’t have the gas to run back and forth because ppl don’t know how to do there job or don’t feel like looking at there screens to make sure the order 100% correct

I love the Royal Farms. The chicken is delicious, the ice is nice and crunchy in my soda fountain drink, the milk is the best ever, the bananas are good, and the workers are the best ever. The workers are friendly and keep the bathrooms clean and promptly wait on me when ordering food. The manager keeps everything orderly and running smoothly. Can’t find a better team of workers and food at anyplace in Virginia Beach. They deserve an award!!!!!

Best new neighbor

I went on opening day and was dazzled by the staff. Everyone gave their best effort…and it showed. Was it perfect, no but no one is. They were, however professional and friendly. I’m glad they are now in my neighborhood.
