“Contact Us” on their website has no email or phone number to call. It just has FAQs. If you find the corporate number, it’s a robot telling you to go on their website. If you send them an email, then you get an automated message that the inbox is not monitored and to go on their website. The associates in the stores are not able to help with the app nor should they be expected to be. My question is, if the app is having an issue how do customers even report it?

I am so grateful for the employees who are always so willing to help me redeem rewards. Not easy for me! I always appreciate the clean restrooms too! And the discounted gas prices that draw me there!

Easy to earn points and get free food. Don’t forget to print your receipt. If you’re getting food, they will act like you didn’t pay for it unless you have a receipt which, for some reason is optional at the register. This is not always the case just depends who’s working the store
