App is terrible

Don’t waste your time

26 reviews 2.3 stars

Yet the only one you can read is 5 stars and declares it perfect when I cannot get it to work at all. More china based junk.

Works Great!

Let me start off with my device. I have an iPhone 15 pro with the latest ios 26.1 installed. With that said, the app works perfectly! I have had no issues with the app at all. If you look at the compatibility for the app you will see that it has been optimized for apple devices. Android devices are not listed.

App is great!

Last summer, I spent $2,400 on hearing aids with an audiologist. These hearing aids work better than those. The app allows adjustments, which is the key to getting the F-Aids working well.

I’ve had no trouble with the app on my iPhone 16 Pro.

Fitting

The “Fitting” feature does not respond. It stays on the 500hz screen and if you select “Yes” or “No” it does not respond or go to the next page to continue the custom fitting. It would be beneficial if you all update the software so that the hearing experience can be more tailored and beneficial for the user.

Broken

This App is not meant to work.

Will not connect

I tried many times to connect to make the hearing corrections to my hearing loss, but it kept losing connection on the right ear never was able to do the complete test keeps crashing

Useless App

To access control features, such as volume and mode one must first complete the fittting. Despite multiple attempts, redownloading, and trying with two different phones, and two different hearing aids, could never get fitting to work. Bluetooth pairing worked fine.

App is worthless

Took forever to connect with multiple tries. Once connected the app would then take you automatically back to the connect screen. The fitting part never worked. There is no blue tooth connection. The developers should get someone fluent in English. For example the word for the guide is guider. Hearing aids are OK but would be better with a workable app.

App needs work

Try to use custom fitting in the app and it would close each time and wanted me to reconnect

Fitting

I get no beeps on the fitting part and when I press NO nothing happens.

Badly!

In addition to the shortcomings already mentioned, the app doesn't even adjust the volume on my headphones. Horrible!

F-Aid hearing aids

It works pretty but I’ve only had it for five months now the left aid only charges to 80%. And the life if it is getting shorter. Great concept but not there yet. Fix the problem.

Keeps wanting to connect

I’m having the same issues as Damtam2, CONSTANTLY having to reconnect and not just with the “fitting”. If the app keeps acting up then it’s pointless to keep the hearing aids!!

Fitting impossible

I cannot get the fitting function to work. Doesn’t record when I press either yes or no. This is too bad bc they are quite comfortable. Plus no way to contact customer service.

Trying to connect to fitting levels with app

Every time I try to do the fitting for each ear piece with the app it only does a few sounds and then it tells me to connect device and I have to start all over, it never finishes! Why is this happening?
