Attender is not picking up calls bus has no timing conductor detais not available at time of booking suggest don’t use this bus servise ghatiya

Today i booked a ticket through this app only , then mere samne bus khadi thi , wahan khade ladke na aap apki gadi wahan park krdo, mene phucha bus kitni der me chalegi bola 10 min he , mene hardly 1 min me gadi park ki hogi just 100 metres duri pr and wapas aai tb tk bus chal gai , conductor ya local agent apki ticket kisi aur ko bech dete he, kyoki mukhe notificatn arhe the track your journey and all kahi bhi yeh notificatn nae aya u have not boarded ur bus!! I dont know if the main owner is aware of it or not but i am just writing here so that he can get aware of
