Probably one of the worst app ever.
No integration with the autofill system in iOS and, we need to enter a lot of sensitive informations which will certainly leak sooner rather than later since the backend is certainly be as badly designed as the front end.

L’interface est simple et jolie. Toutefois le moteur de recherche des boutiques et restaurants ne fonctionne pas, car il ne renvoie aucun résultat peu importe ce que je recherche.
Très pratique pour entrer et sortir, et payer le stationnement efficacement. Les caméras détectent automatiquement la plaque d’immatriculation, une fois le véhicule enregistré.
Aucun moyen de se désabonner des notifications publicitaires, sans désactiver complètement les notifications. Pourtant j’aimerais continuer de recevoir les notifications de stationnement!

It’s easy to park with this app
Needs improvement!
The app works pretty well. The cameras recognize your registered license plate number and raise the bar so you can drive in without scanning anything.
The underground parking is well designed with several entrances and exits.
However, they need to develop a way to validate parking longer than 4 hours through the stores and restaurants. This will also benefit them for data accumulation. Ask Musk how valuable that is.
When we’ve spent thousands of dollars in your stores, movie theatre, rec room and restaurants, we should not be charged five dollars for going over four hours. It’s not about the five dollars, it’s a matter of principle. You’re shooting yourselves in your own feet, and God knows you need to increase your foot traffic. All of your store managers know it too.

Useless APP
Why do I even bother. I’ve tried setting up an account three times with this app and failed miserably. I never receive the verification email. I continue to register my info and when registering my license plate it confirms it already exists.
I’ve tried deleting my account but get an error when doing so. Hence, I can’t even start over so I’m stuck in the middle of no where.
This app is a total joke.

Not very functional
I have several cars registered in the app, but can only see the QR core for one of them.
Also it shows upcoming events but there aren’t any links to regis…

Very easy to use and allows for a seamless experience in the parking
Horrible app
Don’t bother with this app. Just pay at the parking kiosk on your way out if you stay longer than 4 hours. Had trouble finding one that worked. Very poorly identified.
Useful
This app is basically a browser for the stores and restaurants in the mall. Useful to get an idea of what to do. Where it shines is how it makes parking a breeze. Set up your car(s) and just roll in everytime, watch as your car get recognized and the gate lifts without you even have to interact with anything. Same goes for exiting the place. Couple that with free 4 hours parking a new cinema, and you've got an exciting place to spend time in.

Horrible UI
Shops don’t open when clicking on them, shows blank space. Cant search for proper stores in directory… brings to a weird map where it doesn’t recognize the input. App needs a lot of work.
Email verification failed
I only got the app for parking, but it is unable to process the email verification so I am unable to use the app

Cannot use because of verification loop
How is this bug not fixed yet? I can’t access parking feature and this is after I gave up my car information and credit card. Very sus. This is the only reason I downloaded app as they advertised free parking

Agree with all the critical reviews
Cant sign up, loops to email and signing up again. I’ve never seen such a bad app. It’s embarrassing for a mall such as Royalmount that is supposed to be high end.
Horrible system
Cant sign up on the app. It loops in the email verification process, I start it over and try to add my car again, it says its already there. HORRIBLE SYSTEM. So much friction to just go shopping at a mall.
Fonctionne très bien!
À mon avis, les bugs sont réglés, car je l’ai essayé et ça fonctionne très bien. L’entrée et la sortie, tout a bien été et ça ne m’a rien coûté. Je crois qu’il est important de rentrer notre plaque automobile, comme ça nous avons rien à faire à la gate, elle ouvre toute seule avec le lecteur. Bravo!

Poor UX
First impression is this app didn’t really go through any quality assurance. Form input is painful. Account creation doesn’t seem to follow best practices for password strength, which is concerning if they hold credit card information.
