Can’t order through app anymore because “something is wrong: error validating basket”. Reset app, restarted phone, delete and reinstalled app. Fix please.

Chicken Maple Biscuit-Not Worth It
I ordered a maple chicken biscuit with cheese. I received the biscuit with cheese, no maple syrup as shown in the picture and it was the smallest piece or chicken I have ever seen. It was ridiculous. The only good thing about my visit was the customer service was very good. Other than that, I will not return. Very disappointed

The Chicken, Fries, and our Sandwich was hot and fresh. Kim’s service was helpful, quick, excellent, and with a pleasant smile. The restaurant was clean. Roy’s is clearly a step above the competition.

Pricing issues
Why does a regular drink which says 2.69 automatically change to $6 once you go to add to cart??? It’s not the tax, but the drink price gets outrageous. Never have this problem in store, just on the app.
Can’t choose chicks type
How come we can only choose white or dark meat but not allowed to choose the type of chicken we want? What if I want a chicken breast and leg? Not possible with the app, only 2 piece white or dark meat. I want a breast, not a wing. I cant use the app because I gotta go to the drive thru instead and tell them what chicken I want. Get with the times, Popeyes lets you choose the specifics, you could learn something from them.

GPS Horrible
Why does this app pretend to ck location. Twice I’ve placed an order from a Roy’s parking lot only to find out it was at another location 3 miles away. SMH
