RPM 365

App assumes I have logon. Doesn’t give option for 1st time user. Like throwing money in the trash. What a scam

Customer Care/Support

The future is progressively moving with technology and sometimes technical difficulties can occur. From the inception of downloading this app to working directly with my elderly aunt’s primary physician with the much needed assistance of Claudia—she has been absolutely phenomenal. Claudia has been EXTREMELY patient and helpful. She even offered to meet me to assist with setting up our glucometer device during COVID-19. Her willingness to meet me didn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated. She could sense the urgency and importance of me needing to have everything set up properly for my aunt. Any issues that have transpired from the app crashing, to the Bluetooth not connecting, to my silly questions she has been very professional, and a pleasure to work with.
