This update includes bug fixes and a few small performance improvements.

User reviews

Almost useless

If you have solar, this app is garbage if you want any data, and only useful for reviewing and paying your bill.

On the electric usage section, the graph takes your net of actual electric usage and subtracts your solar production from that number. So if your power usage is just slightly more than solar production it claims you’ve used only a few kWh. If your solar production is very large vs electric usage, like in May when it’s sunny and you don’t need to run AC or heat, it’ll figure a negative number, but it drops the negative and shows you used a lot of kWh’s, despite likely earning a substantial credit. This seems to carry over to the seasonal graph too.

Somehow the solar production graph is even more useless. It shows the same single value for only what the current month is, and states it’s both the 30 day average and the highest production in 30 days.

I know you have the data somewhere, you require 2 meters on a houses (2 way meter and solar production) but it seems you only both with the data from one. If you aren’t going to tally the information and provide it in a useable format, just remove it from the app.

Rpu app

Extremely clunky, difficult to enter info, slow process speed. Just in general a horrible app

Terrible service

There are no outages reported because no one can report an outage

No longer live at 2315 pinestar ln. New people moved in on March 28 !

Please take me off automatic .

Better than mail

This app only works in portrait mode. It requires lots of redundant tapping to clear messages. It won’t let you update credit cards. You have to enter new card information. Once everything is working, it’s great, but I would still like to be able to use my tablet in landscape mode not portrait.
