Returning messages
Would be much helpful if we got a quicker response to our questions . Sometimes I’m waiting on a week for a response or worst having to reach back out due to no response. Other than that the app is a great tool to be in touch with doctors and lab results.
Not efficient
The ability to schedule an appointment is not adequate. I love my endo but i hate the phone and my chart for scheduling directly with dr.
For people who were not born with cell phones in their hands - these systems are frustrating and very impersonal.
I almost left doctor only because of the issues with reaching a human.

Great Job !
During my 3 day stay at Unity Hospital my treatment was exceptional ! Being from West Virginia and recently moved to NY. The only nice people I've met so far. All work in healthcare 💜
Great App
It's great that all my information is in one place. Information gets to me quickly.
Easy and Convenient
I love this app. It is so easy to manage my family’s health care appointments, test results, prescriptions, and bills. It truly takes the hassle out of everything and I can trust the information is accurate and up to date.
My care app
The my care app is very easily accessible, easy to use and informative. Most questions and appointments can be easily answered or appointments can be verified. I use it constantly.
Broken
Can’t log in. The options for help don’t provide an email address and the phone number goes nowhere. Awful.
Passcodes
Don’t understand why you are constantly changing the pass code. I find this to be an inconvenient and annoying practice.

Could not schedule video visit on demand
I wanted to schedule a video visit as offered by the app. I tried repeatedly and no provider was available to meet with me.
My review
I believe that this my care is great anything I need to know about my health is right at my fingertips and my drs at RRH have access to my care account as well when they go to my chart every thing is right there
Needs minor upgrade
Would give higher rating if it was easier to get a medical release form somewhere in the app. There is no reason why in 2025 why I literally have to either go into the doctor’s office to get one or have them mail it it is just unacceptable. It doesn’t violate any law because you literally have to authenticate yourself before getting into the app.

Contact new doctor
I would like to be able to message a new doctor that I have an upcoming appointment with because with my speech impediment it is easier to speed messages than to call them

Cannot get connected to information half the time
The app doesn’t work without WiFi
Why can’t we use this app without WiFi? We should still be able to use it on our data. What if we’re traveling and need to pull up the app? It’s become very inconvenient for us the past couple months. Any way to fix this please?
Allergies to Medications
There is no place for allergies in my care app.
Comprehensive App
This app is fast and easy to access. The app contains comprehensive content and is intuitive to navigate for health/test data as well as appointments and prescriptions.
RRH App
This app is great. It provides me with almost instantaneous results from all the test I need to take. Very user friendly.
