Worst Banking Experience
The application is very useless. First of all it takes 48 hours to refresh my account, for some reason, I cannot send money to my other bank accounts and this makes withdrawing from the ATM, very confusing.

Very old style and function as windows xp ..

After the recent update, the app keeps crashing and suddenly pushes me out every time I open it. For such a well-known and trusted bank in the region, this level of performance is disappointing. The app seriously needs better stability, smoother performance, and a complete UI makeover to improve the overall user experience.
