We cant enter four name on westernunion transfer

Too much ad notification! It is really annoying!!
Very inconvenient
I usually don’t bother writing a review but this app really frustrated me.
Possibly the most inconvenient of all other similar apps. After not using the app for a while, my account was suspended and the only prompt the app gave was to call their number. It turned out to be just a KYC verification that i had to do through WhatsApp 🤦🏻♂️
I hope this reaches the relevant departments, here are some points to improve upon/fix:
1. Add FaceID/fingerprint verification to login and transactions
2. the KYC process to be added in the app interface
3. Improve the UI/UX as it is confusing to navigate
4. Prices of digital vouchers are higher than competitors
5. Locations of some agents on the map aren’t accurate.
