Do not listen to these reviews. Transit Watch is actually NOT helpful and the people at RTC have made my experience much worse. You might as well waste your money with Uber or Lyft

HI, I see you are having a problem with the RTC service rather than the app functioning as intended. Your reports go straight to RTC Security who can use the system to chat back and forth with you even anonymously. If you are having problems with their service, use the app to report it because it will go directly into their logging system. if you have an issue with the app itself, please use the feedback link on the More tab. This is an amazing resource for those who feel lost or confused, scared or unsure of what to do or how to react in situations beyond their control. Sometimes, people get mixed into things simply because they are there. This provides them an opportunity to reach out for help. Because we all know, 911 isn’t always our friend depending on circumstances. So additional options are nice and appreciated.

Great Idea
To be honest public transit is a place most people foolishly speak openly about many things. They are disruptive, disrespectful dirty and rude. Yet drivers allow them to travel for fear of safety if enforcing the rules to the max. No one should have to feel u comfortable riding a bus with loud or irate people. And people should be smart enough to keep their business to themselves if they’re riding a bus, and be quiet about personal matters especially illegal ones.
If they aren’t, it’s almost a fry for attention and help by these people. And this app gives you the opportunity to get them the help they obviously want/need.
