No notifications
OK, so I have been taking this bus for about two years now and the first few times I used it. It used to notify me blah blah blah whenever the bus was coming, but now I’ve tried everything in the world and it doesn’t send me a notification anymore I used to get a 30 minute notification that the bus is on its way now if I remember to, I have to click on the app to see that it’s 30 minutes away. It no longer notifies me and I’ve tried everything. I’ve turned on every single notification app on my phone and the app just won’t notify me that’s it on the way and it’s very frustrating when relying on this for work

Extremely and Utterly Unreliable
What once was a great service around the summer of 2024, has slowly but steadily turned into an unreliable mess. The only good thing about this nowadays is the drivers are polite. Except for the young black lady with locs I had encountered. She was very rude, unprofessional, and she made it seem like her job was dis servicing her. Nobody wants to deal with limited service, then deal with her when they finally get a ride.

This service needs improvement
There are still spaces in the suburbs that aren’t accessible when you try and make an account an error occurs there’s way to many errors that pop on here
Unable to sign on to revive my password then I easily forget it.
Not enough information about login in my Apple iPAD- 9 Generation Tablet. It’s awfully terrible but inaccurate !
Unreliable
Never had availability wheneve I use this app. Its wild that They always said they don't have any availability for 7 straight hours…yeah y'all need to fix it better and prove that they are rarely available because this is crazy
Horrible & unreliable service
It’s nearly impossible to book a ride, even though the buses are always empty. Even when you book a ride 24 hours in advance they never show up on time. The drivers say it’s the lack of drivers to cover the zones. Could be a great service, but it’s very unreliable sadly. Lately they have been picking me up at least 1 hour later than the time I booked it for. And in some other occasions they don’t even show up and mark you as a no show…

Awful service
It’s nearly impossible to find available rides and drivers. Even when you book 1 day before, the ride never gets on time. I’ve been having to wait for at least 1 hour lately sometimes past the time I booked it for…
Never works.
Every time I try to request a ride it says “sorry we can’t find a ride” or “high demand, all seats filled” all through the day even when I try scheduling ahead.

The app was bad before, you couldn’t book very far in advance. Now I haven’t been able to use the app at all for a month.
This app and the associated shuttle service is abysmal. The windows are too large. You can only book 24 hours in advance. Then the shuttle rarely shows up on time. You will be late.
There’s no customer service. They just don’t care.

Show us timeslots
Its not helpful to find a stop that corresponds with the transit app and then you can try to book and its taken up. Show the time slots or add more bus routes. Its obvious people are trying to get to more places.
FIX YOUR APP !
Fix your app services for when your customers are booking or just get rid of the app completely because it’s not convenient or useful when it’s needed at all.
terrible service
The fact that a scheduled ride can be 30 minutes late and I dont get any type of reimbursement for it. My ride should be free. I had to call for them to tell me how far away my ride is. No update no nothing and I still have to pay. On top of that it is raining even tho that is out of their control, overall this make my experience wit rts on demand just terrible.

Lacks accessibility
It’s only offered if you live in one of the few suburbs and even at that you can only get a ride to somewhere in that suburb
Rts Drivers are horrible
I schedule rides for a specific time and they never come in time it’s early 20 mins earlier or 30+ mins late. And then when you select a time, they change it right after. It’s a waste of time trying to get a ride. I was tracking my ride and the driver went to the Burger King instead of picking me up. Had me wait 45 mins after my pick up time. These are the same RTS drivers that drive the buses no wonder they’re useless and disrespectful of peoples time.

Great service
I really have to say this morning rep who schedules rides help me to fix issue with app . She was wonderful. Thank you RTS for going out of your way and I’m so grateful for this service. Just one thing it would be great to have this to go to Bennington Hills apartments
App is great but timings are always in flux
The rides are efficient and cost effective but the zones are not only limited, but the time from pick up and drop off always changes even when booked. Overall still a great system
Not user friendly
The app its self is very basic and fluid but I shouldn’t have to dig through the app just to pull up my balance card to pay on the bus. Should simply be a click here and boom yet you gotta go through leaps and bounds.
Confirmed
Im upset with booking a pick up via the app & having it confirmed. To find out it really isn’t confirmed and having the confirmed pick up to go past the hour confirmation. This happens way to much that there’s not point booking the ride knowing it want be there. Example: booking a 4:30pm pick up at 75 Kane Dr. during the week. I’ll get confirmation but I’d bet my week’s check it want happen! I don’t even bother anymore I just walk.

Terrible.
This app makes it seem like a easy and convenient way to get from place to place without taking the bus, but in reality it's a waste of time. On multiple occasions my scheduled ride was delayed for hours. They give you a set time frame when they will come pick you up and most of the time they aren't within the time frame. I'm highly upset and disappointed in this app. If i could give it zero stars i would.
