HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!
I requested a ride on RTS demand for 6:10 . My ride never came & that was the only way home I had . They left me stranded when I tried calling the customer service line I was told I was number 14 on the call list and never got an answer. I am highly upset about this I am elderly & disabled they shouldn’t take so many people for the same time slot if they can’t make the pickups on time .

The worst service ever
I have had this app and service for about 1 year now, they are all liars and don’t schedule your ride when you need it, but be rude on the phone to costumers. This service needs to stop cuz you guys are making people loose their jobs.
Performance review of app
Let’s see…..good is that I can look on the app and see when my bus is coming most of the time. I am able to book my rides without assistance.
Bad the app won’t allow me to schedule rides the night before. Which makes the morning more crazy as I don’t know if I can get to work . It will update my time for the bus to come then move the time back with no notice. I have been left waiting at times for over an hour. Or my ride canceled in the night only to wake up and need to reschedule.

Doesnt work
If I could review no stars while still leaving a review I would. It doesn't work and I'm starting to think its just collecting information. It didnt work two months ago I deleted it and came back and nothings changed. Now I gotta uber Will not be psyching myself out for failure again
