The app is slow and the worst fintech bank I’ve used
Aside from the charges on every single transaction I make even 50naira, the app is slow, none of the “chat feature” works aside sending of money and I can do that from the main app. The chat feature is supposed to be their main attraction but it is extremely slow.
It is supposed to be different from other fintech but it is worse.
