When ordering multiple entrees, it limits the sauce. Which is fine if it worked correctly. It only reads as one entree when there’s multiple so you have to go without when ordering delivery or call into the location and explain that the app doesn’t work correctly and you’d like to have the appropriate amount for the food ordered. It’s been like that for awhile and I have screenshots if needed.

Love Rubio’s since ever since living in its home surf + turf, aka, San Diego! Now living in OC. App is great and easy to order/customize. Rubio’s in Irvine on Harvard/Main is the best, with the greatest customer service/chef Team!
Love O’Side Rubio’s
I have been going to this location for many years. I was so sad when they had a fire and it was closed for a couple years. But now it’s open and it’s new. The staff is amazing. The food is always so good. My favorite is a classic shrimp burrito, but now they changed the name. Add double protein and make it a surf and turf with Carne Asada. So yummy.

Can’t login
Unable to log into claim rewards, but there are no problems with ordering as a guest. My chances of eating here are nil since I can easily eat at another place and claim rewards.
Minimal Customization
I appreciate the variety of menu items, but we have a number of food allergies and would like the option to remove tomatoes from everything…like queso blanco.

i can log in with my password on the web browser but when i try to use this app it says password invalid. i have tried changing my password and continue to have the same issue.

Worst Sign Up Process ever
This app’s sign up process was the worst experience I have had. No fields worked non-stop non-descriptive errors, yet still charging my card. Called store guy was nice but no clue what to do or my recourse for paying 4 times.

The local Rubio’s only uses the app. The app doesn’t scan in the system.
Corona CA Ontario Store
This has to be the best restaurant in Corona. The staff is amazing and the order is always correct. These people treat me like family. Great management and wonderful place.
Delivery
I started trying to place an order 1 hour ago, and I’m still waiting, hungry! I don’t know what the problem is , but I won’t put up with this again. I hope you folks can get it right!
Food amazing app stinks
Food is amazing. Everything’s fresh delicious I love it but the app now the customization is taken off or it’s not working the points get lost. It’s just really annoying.
Can’t put in order on certain items
This app has been wonderful until recently. I tried to order
A $7 menu item which includes two tacos and a drink. You can customize each taco. But there is no option for a drink, so when you click “add to order” an error comes up that says to select a drink, but there is no option for that. I hope this issue is fixed soon.
