Although I often order “to go” from the La Jolla store, my last two visits to the Oceanside store for tacos for lunch to be served “for here” were exceptional!

The new app is terrible
The new app is bad, hard to find what you want, customization feels limited and you can’t even add sour cream. How do you not have sour cream as an option with tacos and/or burritos? I’m not sure I’ll be back, too frustrated…

The app is pretty slow but ability to place an order just 10 min before you arrive yields huge conveniences

Always logs you out and then you have to sign back in but then it won’t let you until you reset your password, but the kicker is it never sends you the reset link… waste of time

I like the food but they don’t know how to make an app. I go to sign up, do everything correct and it keeps telling my password won’t work when I do everything it asks!!

Needs an Update
When ordering multiple entrees, it limits the sauce. Which is fine if it worked correctly. It only reads as one entree when there’s multiple so you have to go without when ordering delivery or call into the location and explain that the app doesn’t work correctly and you’d like to have the appropriate amount for the food ordered. It’s been like that for awhile and I have screenshots if needed.

Love Rubio’s since ever since living in its home surf + turf, aka, San Diego! Now living in OC. App is great and easy to order/customize. Rubio’s in Irvine on Harvard/Main is the best, with the greatest customer service/chef Team!
Love O’Side Rubio’s
I have been going to this location for many years. I was so sad when they had a fire and it was closed for a couple years. But now it’s open and it’s new. The staff is amazing. The food is always so good. My favorite is a classic shrimp burrito, but now they changed the name. Add double protein and make it a surf and turf with Carne Asada. So yummy.

Can’t login
Unable to log into claim rewards, but there are no problems with ordering as a guest. My chances of eating here are nil since I can easily eat at another place and claim rewards.
Minimal Customization
I appreciate the variety of menu items, but we have a number of food allergies and would like the option to remove tomatoes from everything…like queso blanco.
