We recently rode the Weser Radweg from Hann. Münden to Cuxhaven. Everything went smoothly in terms of our e-bike rentals, hotel reservations and luggage transfer between hotels. The bikes were top-notch and in impeccable condition. Rückenwind is an excellent outfit and we highly recommend them if you’re considering bicycling the Weser!

Poor quality company
I have written an extensive review of Ruckenwings glaring short comings to Tripsite who arranged trip.
Here are the main leading headlines
1-poor quality bike where seat kept slipping down.
2-refusal of their rep to hear my concerns and told me to put in writing.. this is just a stalling tactic as he knew I could do this until end of trip.
3- to take ownership of our health issue telling me to find a rail station to get to next destination.
4-unreliable van transport. Vehicle had to be taken to repair shop twice in 7 days because of problems with the Add Blue diesel fuel treatment.
5- was advised that vehicle returning to Germany because of problems.
6- lousy quality tire pump. Cheap design that is difficult to use. Even after 20 minutes of pumping the new inner tube did not inflate.
7- driver could not guarantee to return us to Toulouse airport from Setes. Accordingly I to the only safe action, to return to Toulouse one day early to ensure I would not miss my Paris/London/ Miami flight connections.
My mistake was to put my trust in such a low class company.
