Horrible Experience
Absolutely terrible streaming experience. The RugbyPass TV stream keeps cutting out during live matches, which completely ruins the experience. For a service that is supposed to provide live international rugby, the reliability is simply not good enough.
Missing parts of a live match because the stream drops is incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re paying for a service specifically to watch the games. RugbyPass really needs to sort out its streaming reliability and customer experience

Loving the latest version. Has and does everything I’m after and more. A benchmark by which all other sports apps should go by. Thanks.

Poor navigation. Poor streaming with bad tv interface. All around embarrassing.

This app spools and constantly redirect to sign in after say “welcome back! We will redirect you….to the sig in page again and again and again
Sevens teams
I would like to see the sevens added in the app and it would be nice to see the stats from the sevens matches i can look at them on the website but not the app,I love the following section that was added into the app I’m getting alerts for my teams and the topic that I have set. Keep up the good work on the app guys.

Overall the Best Rugby App
Great app for scores, news and standings. Latest update brought some nice features like the ability to follow specific teams. Some apps don’t seem to get data for every tournament and this app has every game. I am excited to see what they do in future updates and hopefully we will see them add free Live Activities for lock screens. FotMob has the best features for soccer apps and I can see this app being similar.

Not fit for purpose
I was sent an email inviting me to watch England v France (19/6/26) logged in and can’t watch! Message saying waiting to start, well the game has started because there are points scored after 5 minutes. Eventually, about 20 minutes into the game, I was able to watch about about 5 minutes of play at which point it froze up. In the end, unable to see the game.
What is the point of this app, please tell me. I would be really interested to know.

Awful
Downloaded the app to watch France XV v England XV. Wanted to watch after the match had finished. When looking at matches to find it, it gave me the score! Still wanted to watch it but when I click on it I get a Waiting for Event to Start message even though the match ended hours ago. I hope England never use this app again

Poor stream
Stream cuts out constantly. Stream it on YouTube or get a tv app instead or something.
Streaming Issues
Before you say you can stream big fixtures like that of England-France for today’s case, don’t bother if you don’t have the capability’s to do so, it’s frustrating staring at a blank screen with the “restart” sign in the middle. Good to mention the stream didn’t even begin at kick off.
VPN no bueno
So, downloaded to watch the rugby, only to find out after 10 minutes faffing about that the app won’t work of you’ve a VPN, so you do your best to protect your privacy and numpties like this tell you can’t watch your sport unless they can track you and use your data…
Dreadful
Registering and logging in was convoluted and subject to many issues…but the biggest issue was the DOB functionality didn’t work, I could select anything or it randomly chose years, months, days so I couldn’t complete sign up….rubbish
OMG what has happened?
I have used this App for a while. For the past few days it has asked me to sign in, which I have done and then when I try to watch anything it asks me to log in.
I am stuck in a circle of despair as I cannot watch anything. It asks me to sign in, which it accepts and then takes me back to signing in.
I have tried uninstalling the App and reinstalling it. No joy.

Really clean interface but lacking essential features to make it the one you use daily :
- Favourites teams
- Ability to reorder competitions based on your interests (I’m French, I would like to have TOP14 first. I have to scroll to get to it)
- Ability to favourite a match and get notifications (tries)
As a developer, I know that today with AI implementing a favourite system and reorder feature should be really fast.
