For providers, not patients
For anyone stressing about the app not functioning, please be aware that this app is for the providers (doctors). The online platform for patients works great, and I was frustrated when I couldn’t log in here, but after some research I realized it was meant for the doctors to network. They definitely need to clarify that!

Fix your app
I’m really stressed hence why i’m trying to get therapy and not being able to log in my account is really frustrating. I’ve tried multiple times through the app & web browser.

You can’t log in. Please fix your app. It’s hard to navigate rula in general through email and web browsers alone.

sorry excuse for a therapy app. Doesn’t even allow you to log in or reset anything so it’s basically just taking up storage and is good for nothing.

I’d give zero stars if I could. You can’t log in, period. If you try and reset your password, it doesn’t send the email. Completely unusable and, frankly, makes me question if I even want to use this service. If you can’t figure out how to make a functioning app in 2026, how can I trust you to find me a decent therapist?

Issues with the app. Difficulty getting logged in.
not functional
im still new to rula itself, and the portal website is easy enough to navigate… however, this app is genuinely not able to function. i cant log in at all to the portal, im not receiving any emails to get myself any help with the app, and when i looked into the help and faqs section of their site, it states that there is not an app form of the portal (????) not sure if this is a scam app at this point.

Absolute garbage!
Login doesn’t work properly, can’t reset password since it never sends the email, and no contact to help with trouble shooting..worst community app I’ve seen!
