Been using this app for a couple months now - super easy for sending my invites and managing my guest lists without all the usual chaos. The design is clean, everything works smoothly. Definitely my go-to app for all of my parties and events now.
Stealing your data -waste of time
James HALL PASS doesn’t respond, you won’t get on any guest lists if you’re male. This app just steals your data, big waste of time. You have to ask them to delete your account, and they won’t respond. It’s been days, I’m still waiting to hear back.

App seems vibe coded, and the events are extremely lame. Just another example of a celebrity backed app trying to be cool. Event slop for people desperate to be relevant. Don’t waste your time.

This is a phenomenal app with great events, and I love how the social media is integrated into the events, both as a consumer and as someone who throws events.
Glitchy and lame events
Feels like this was vibe coded and the idea has a lot of potential but the in-app experience is just horrible and the events definitely weren’t exclusive (the one i attended only a few guys showed up). I’m not sure if there’s another alternative in the space but I’m looking for a private community with access to strong social events and best-in-class tech for hosting

Perfection
I used Rumor to get into all the cool parties in Miami over Art Basel. Loved the interface, was super easy to navigate, pull up my invites and check in with my QR code. I noticed it made the check in process at these parties with tons of people so smooth and there was never a bottleneck. I wish every would use Rumor to send out invites and check in guests, it totally changes the game!
