Glitchy on my iPhone
For some reason the screen doesn't scroll on this app so I can't access the pause and end run buttons. It also shuts of automatically sometime and I can't mark the exercise as complete. Really good exercises tho
Best app I’ve found
I’ve tried other apps but this seems to suit me the best. Plus I don’t have to keep swapping apps to get up to a half marathon.
Good when it works
App is good when it works, however seems to glitch a lot and just come out of the run/stop recording half way through the run. Rather poor when you have paid nearly £40 for the privilege.
App restarts
If you pause the workout and coke out of the app, but don’t close it, to say answer a phone call it will restart your progress. Don’t recommend. Stay away from this app
unreliable
i have used this app for about 10 years on and off. it is a great training app however there have been difficulties over the years. when i first signed up for the app, i was charged one time charge for all plans …somehow over time that got lost …and since then i have paid monthly. i have issues nearly every time i update my phone operating system or the app. this time was the straw, the app didnt allow me to sign in under any circumstance including trying to set up new account, new password, apple id …nothing worked. i contacted support but they never reply quickly…it is extremely annoying when you wake up at 4 am to run, get ready, get outside and then the app fails and you fight with it for over 1 hour …not a good start to the day …

After the app asking to fill out my information and it stays there, no button for next or continue. Did you design this for sole purpose of taking people’s information only?

Pausing runs doesn’t work
Pausing a run to take a phone call or check another app has been losing my run progress.

Just downloaded the app, 6 days free trial…. Nothing is free anymore, even when it’s advertised as such.
Won’t save details
Can’t even get past the first page when putting in details.
Can’t get past sign up page
Doesn’t work, can’t enter information as DOB slider will not minimize.
Keeps Logging Out
App keeps crashing today!

App not working with latest update.
Does not work with Apple Watch
App is to glitchy with Apple Watch to be worth anything. Starts and stops without any prop and deletes half my run.

App not working
Paid a subscription fee but unable to get into the app. Can log in on web browser so not a password issue but unable to log training on there. Cancelling subscription of this isn’t resolved
