Great App

This app is easy to use, you get three weeks free and then it’s super cheap to get the rest. I like the 3-2-1 countdowns for walking/running. Great app!

Get this app!

This app is very user friendly. The creator even gives out codes for free because they’re so passionate about running and getting people into running. And even if you pay, it’d 5 bucks to unlock everything forever. No subscription taking advantage of you. It’s a very fair price. I’m on day 4 already!!! You can do it!

Great App

I was looking for a simple app that would be similar to Couch-to-5k but not a ridiculous price. This app is well worth its value. Simple layout and easy to use.

Calm and consistent

Love that this takes some of mental load off of running. One tap and I’m running. Clear, straightforward prompts about when to run and when to walk.

Good but a few issues

I love the simplicity of this app and that I can just start it and listen to music without any added talk etc. however I have had some issues with the app working properly. The app freezes almost every time at the end of my run so that I end up taking a panic screen shot so I can see my pace/ distance in case it doesn’t save my run. I also noticed today that the voice cues were about 20 seconds ahead of what the screen showed (so it would count down out loud for the run segment but then still have 20 seconds left on the clock in the app). I did pause my run briefly today so I’m not sure if that was why. I am hoping there will be some updates to fix these issues because I do really like the interface.

Thank you so much for your honest review. I'm genuinely sorry about the frustrating experience at the end of your runs. The freezing and out-of-sync cues definitely aren’t what I was aiming for. Your detailed review was very helpful; it pushed me to simplify the timing logic so things behave more consistently/reliably, especially when a run finishes! If you're up for giving it another try after the next update (1.3.0), I’d love to know how it goes. Loving this app!

I’ve been looking for a simple app to help me do the couch to 5k plan without staring at my phone while running. I appreciate the simple to use interface, clear audio cues, and ability to customize warmup/cooldown and voice.
